Have you ever overdone something to the point where you got sick, hurt yourself, or just didn't feel good? (We all have at some point, right?) Hmm... lets see.. Ive done overdone some sports when Im hurt. Like one time freshman year I played an entire football game with a fractured leg (not completely) it hurt like hell. Then another time in wrestling I had my arm snapped in the first round of a tournament, but I came back to win the entire tournament with essentially one arm. Let's see, I went to a birthday party and ate so much I got the squirts the next day when I was around 10.<br><br>When I was around 13, I ate so much pizza I puked it out an hour later. I couldn't stand pizza for like 5 years.<br><br>I OD on chocolate from time to time, but I read some where the antidote. I eat some vanilla somthing and get over it.<br><br>I once did to much power lifting and then then ran ballz-out mile and a half after and did nearly fainted after my heart rate dropped to far when relaxing. Just standing around watching my brother on the computer. I train and show horses and have a lust for competition. I had to go to this one show to keep my point standing up. It was in the middle of July and I had pneumonia. To say the least, I felt like crap. I would go into a class then come out of it and get sick. I repeated this pattern all day in the sweltering July sun. Finally, I passed out while riding my horse. Bacon and Toast for breakfast, ever sence I could eat sold food my family cooked Bacon and Toast for breakfast, now I am 20, goto college, visit on some weekends and summer, WE STILL HAVE FREAKING BACON AND TOAST FOR BREAKFAST! DAMN IT I HAVE HAD THAT FOR SO LONG IT MAKES ME SICK TO MY STUMIC! Do my parents eat any thing else for breakfast! My stumic turns at the site of the combo now!<br><br>COOK SOMETHING ELSE! Princess Tanmi, how did you get pneumonia in July? Are you on the some where freaking cold all year round? I've had walking pneumonia three times. Every time I had it came from bronchitus that got out of hand. It was always early December. The last time I had it, was 6 years ago. Was diagnosed the day after an Aerosmith concert. It was a good thing that I worked for the school district at the time as I was sick until the day before they started Christmas break. So, I got some additional time off to recuperate. I find that the best way to avoid air intake illnesses is to get some running excersise. He may have been in the Southern Hymispher, living in South America, Lower Africa, or Australa. When it is Summer up here in the norther Hymispher, is is winter down there, and it is all because the earth is on a piviting Y-Axis tilting 45 degrees from the equater in both directions.<br><br>I do want to go snow skying some time next week, but it cost to much damn money for a round ticket right now. <p></p><i></i> |

Chevy I don't know how I got it, germs is my guess. Cold weather doesn't give you colds, germs and viruses do. Anyhow, I get pneumonia or bronchitis once a year. You must make your lungs stronger. Start running. Finish your run with some sprints. Push your self, and have a rescue inhaler with you. I have excersise induced asthma, but I have it under control. I refuse to be handicapped by it. Have you been tested for asthma? I was diagnosed at an alergy and asthma place when I was a freshman. I got injections weekly that built up my tolerance to various alergens. I still walk around half clogged up most of the time, but it's not as bad as it used to be. Excersise, multivitamins and a healthy diet. Eat well and be well, to coin a phrase. Any one else remember that PBS show?
