Today when i entered one of my class, i received a notice that a student in my class has passed away. She was only a freshman and probably only around 14 years old. She was a very kind person and the last thing that could ever happen has happened. I feel extremely disgusted because why she was the one that has go? I am a senior and i've lived through high school, but she hasn't even started hers yet. Whats even pissing me off more is that she was probably my only freshman friend, and i didn't get a chance to say anything to her for the past few weeks. Now i feel the whole world is full of crap like myself. <p>Stop acting as if you were sad.<br>There's no need to act as though you're angry either.<br>Because... That is truly sad CA. Sometimes it does seem that the good die young. I know it's no comfort, but in general, as you know, we cannot choose when we die. Ultimately one's life comes down to what he/she makes of it, in the time they have. Some people only have a short time, but if they lived well (and there are many definitions of living well...a person who was kind and good in heart could have had a happy life), that's all that mattered. There are other people with truly long lives, who don't do anything at all with their life and wind up wasting their time on earth. While the pain and sorrow you feel cannot but depress you and make you think that the world around you is crap, there was nothing you could have done to change what happened to her (I do not know the circumstances of her death, so I'm making an assumption here). *hugs CA*<br><br>Death is an unfortunate reality of life. It waits for all of us. For some it comes sooner than others, and ZL is right, life is what you make of it. I've always believed that every person has a function, a purpose in the universe, great or small. Your friend seems to have fulfilled that purpose at a very young age. But in the next life you'll see her again, because what you hold in your heart is eternal and doesn't end in death. <p></p><i></i> |

You don't know what you got 'til it's gone. It seem really gay, but you should tell people that you love them when ever the notion strikes you. You don't have to say love, you can just say that you appreciate them for their friendship or what ever.<br>Oh well, I hated my school years. <br><br>edit: Deleted Chevy's last sentence.
