I Love the 80's

I remember, Droids, Ewalks, Fat Boys, Beastie Boys, NWA and the Possee, Blondie, Joan Jett, Ratt, Poison, Iron Maidon, Metalica, Hulkamania, Super Man movies, Rocky movies, Stevie Wonder, Miami Vice, Phil Collins guesting on Miami Vice, Transformers, GI Joe, My Little Pony, The Littles, Rainbow Bright, Strawberry Short Cake, Space Roller Coaster, Fraggle Rock, Fu Fur, Pound Puppys, Spuds Mikenzy, Super Bowl Shuffle on Saturday Night Live, Saturday Night Live was funny. When the Challenger exploded. Momar Kadafi, Ronald Regan. Ronald Regan being shot, the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Coke slogan "Coke is it!" "We Are The World" Live Aid. Star Wars sequels, Star Wars cereal. Microwaves every where. Car phones were the most popular mobile phones. Hand held mobile phones were huge. Bartles and James wine coolers and there ads. "Thanks for your support" Mini burgers. I don't know if that was a regional thing. Burger King was selling three tiny burgers for the price of one. Anyone else remember those? Oh, slime. Slime was big, He-man got some new more evil and powerful foes, and they had a slime pit. All my memories of the '80s are clouded in the smoke of poor memory. One of the things I remember most was the fall of the Soviet Union. :D (btw, go go '85!) <div style="text-align:center">blut krieg sieg</div>

Yes, Ghostbusters was the 80's. You can tell because Dan Akroyd is still skinny. I would've guessed you for much older GR, and yes that's a compliment. Your parents must hate you (jk, heh).

Chevy forgot to mention Michael Jackson. You can't deny that the 80's was MJ's time to shine. Even *I* liked Mike back then before the scandal. http://www.newgrounds.com has loads for those who love the past.... they are mostly parody, but still bound to bring those memories flooding back... <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/collections/mrt.html" target="top">Mr. T</a> Stuff by T Pug is really funny, and he tends to mix with other 80s stuff, like the Transformers, speaking of which... <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/collections/transformers.html" target="top">Transformers</a> <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/collections/vg.html" target="top">Some of these games are from the 80s too... Good Old Nes... </a> Though you might find most of the games to be SNES, which is early 90s, wasn't it? <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/collections/starwars.html" target="top">Star Wars</a> It has also occured to me that it must of been the 80s when Captain Kirk was "Going... where... no man ...has...gone....before...." And was Godzilla 80s? I have Returned from the Darkness and I am now RED Kagato TEG! The cheezy Godzilla cartoon was 80's. There's nothing wrong with admitting to liking MJ in the 80's. He didn't look TOO weird yet & his music was still good (plus none of that troublesome child molesting). GR: the reason people think you're older is because you're not dumb.
