Where do you go to regroup when the weight of the world tries to crush you? Do you have a place (physical/imaginary) that you retreat to, where you can meditate or just be alone? Where would that be?<br><br>In my case, it's any quiet spot away from people, most often, that's my room. There are times when I just have to "retreat" from stressful situations and relax...get my thoughts in order...etc. A good book, DVD, or even TV can also help. My room:I go there when I can't bear it anymore. I put some chirstmas music on and that helps me but if that doesnt help!<br><br>PARAMOUNTS KINGS ISLAND: my second home. My Fortress is in my head. I have an uncanny knack for shutting off the outside world and getting lost in thought. It helps when I get stressed, especially at work. <p></p><i></i>

I'd say my room, but my Mom comes in it to bug me at least five times an hour. x.X;; Other than that, I'd probably say the woods at my homes in Connecticut and New Hampshire. If I had to pick a place in the physical world- I'd go with the woods near my house. Especially when I was younger it was sanctuary for my friends and I. Nobody was coming to look for us there. <p></p><i></i>

It used to be the track, but that's closed now.
