I only watched it for about 1 minute... my opinion was: the enemies sucked.... I think you shouldn't take it seriously. It reminded me of the campy humor of the old Adam West and Burt Ward "Batman" TV series and movie. "Cheapo" even resembled Penguin wearing a Riddler outfit, except covered in cent symbols instead of question marks. His penchant for "theme" crimes is straight from Penguin, Riddler, Joker, Egghead, Catwoman, <br>Twoface, etc.<br>They throw in risque humor and double entendres, such as are in the more recent crop of "Batman" movies. Then they dump loads of "jiggles" and gratuitous (edited) semi-nudity over the otherwise passable story lines.<br>There was some of that in the animated feature "Heavy Metal."<br> <p></p><i></i>
