I think the date of this topic (11/24) was the day it was implemented (I could be wrong, but that's when I discovered the changes, and I think I was online the day before...I think). As for the time, you'll have to ask Nav.<br><br>There was no general announcement for when the design itself was to be put in. Neelick made Nav a new administrator and Nav implemented the new design of the board soon afterward. There are additional changes still coming, for instance the inclusion of a sidebar and several forum changes (some new, and others will be condensed or eliminated).
