Yeah, and again tonight.<br><br>You know the story. Cylons bomb the colonies back to the stone age.<br><br>Here's what's changed....<br><br>-Colonials made cylons (androids).<br>-Cylons are *returning* after a 40 year exile.<br>-Cylons looked like the ones we remember *40 years ago*, now they are more advanced. Cylon Raider Fighters ARE cylons, not piloted by them, and there is at least one dead ringer for a human, a blonde female.<br>-Apollo HATES Adama, Zac is already dead and Apollo blames Adama for it. (BTW Apollo is actually Lee "Apollo" Adama)<br>-Tigh Hates Starbuck and vice versa to the point of a fist fight.<br>-Present day Vipers look all sleek and stupid (er shiny), 40 year old vipers look similar to the ones we remember.<br>-Starbuck is a white female.<br>-Boomer is an oriental female.<br>-Tigh is a white male.<br>-The "backward" appearance of the Galactica, lots of manual switches and so forth, was due to the war 40 years ago with the Cylons. They were expert at systems hacking, so a ship with a fully integrated computer system could be destroyed by them from the "inside". All of Galactica's systems are stand alone so as to prevent this type of attack.<br>-BTW Cylons can "hack" the new vipers, but can't hack the 40 year old ones.<br><br>I think that covers the high points. See if you can catch PT2 tonight. I am, but I sure hope it gets better.<br><br>One of my biggest beefs is that the whole visual design lacks any sort of "character", if you know what I mean.
