09/12/2014: My previous attempt at renaming the directory to foil the spambots did not work. I'm trying now to change the login information for the SQL database. There may be a little bit of downtime but it shouldn't take long.
09/11/2014: I've been having problems with spambots preventing legit users from being able to sign up correctly. I've tried changing the directory from bbs to forums. Hopefully that will stop them and I can remove the retrictions stopping real users from signing up. Sorry if some of your bookmarks have become broken. They can be fixed by replacing bbs with forums in the properties.

If that is a joke, it is in very bad tasted, and that point was made last time on the techtv boards as well. <br><br>What is the meaning of the word "Exorbitant" by the way. Sorry for having to ask, Right now I don't have a dictionary on hand, and my dislexia is inhibiting my ability to read it correctly. <br><br>Well, with so many names on the signed that laugh any ways thinking that it is total BS, it would seem that it would be a joke. Though I would like evidance that would back this up.<br><br>You see I'm more worried about out spoken people that maybe iching to attack us because of our belifes are diffrent. I am worried that if one of them is iching for an excuss to attack us that they would use that petition as a means to attack us by.<br><br>All to offten I see instances where a person that opposes our belife tries to make us look as if we are ignorant, hateful people that forcably impose our belifes on others, when that is not true.<br><br>Seeing the petition makes me worry about the person who made it. If this guy was being serious, he does a good job of making the rest of us look bad because he would be acting outside the guidelines. If he was joking then he crosses the line taking the joke way to far. Too much of a convencingly hateful tone in his joke when he blast the intire geran in his joke. And like the above paragraph, there are enough people who think badly about christains to worry that they may use this as a weapon against us.<br><br>Hearing about so many countries that punish people for simply beliving in christ, mostly 3rd world nations, and seeing so many TV shows in the USA that have a very degating view of christains, then the court cases, and then this petition written in a manner totally opposite of what a christain should normally do, and with an uncovnfemed theroy that it is a joke, because of a lack of evidance to negate that he was being serious.<br><br>The compounding effect of all of those things is pretty high. From that point of view you should be able to see why my first post was made, but for good messure I'm still going to state it.<br><br>To filter out any extreamist that would attack us and accuse us of being ignorant, hate filled people that force their belifes on others, and to cap off the possible errors made if dennis was serious.<br><br>Because of this compounded effect, I can't just accept the theroy that it was a joke, though I would love to belive that it is. We have to many enemies that would enjoy the chance to hurt us. If this is a joke, I would like backup supporting evidance.<br><br>I like the saying Chris from CSI Miami said one time, "If you don't have a backup, you don't have a plan." I'm sorry but I have to totally disagree with what you are saying. What makes this wrong is people taking it to seriously! Do you know what irony is? "An expression of meaning, often humorous or sarcastic, by the use of language of a different or opposite tendency." It seems to me that is what is being done, nothing makes the irrational hate of anime seem more stupid that something like that. Everyone who reads it can see how stupid it is, look at the replies, is there anyone in agreement? When I said joke I mean it was fake not something to be laugh at, it parodies the feeling of some people to show how absurd they are.<br><br>Also using dyslexia as an excuse for not looking up Exorbitant is stupid. Anyone can find the meaning of a word even if they have problems using a dictionary, try <A HREF="http://dictionary.reference.com/">dictionary.com</A>. Thanks for making that a little more clear. It is just that when you are under so much pressure from the relisation of oppisong intrest, it tends to get to ya. Some countries have laws that make the belife in god punishable by death, and there are a lot of them.<br><br>I'm glad people most people think of it as a joke, though I hope dennis ment it as that. I have still yet to find confermation of this, and it worries me. I'm going to continue reading the signitures and will look at a cuple of the other related links to this petition soon.<br><br>I don't mean to use Dyslexia as a stupid excuss though. While I was the last reply, I was cooking lunch. I mostly said that out of a quick fix. Though I am done cooking and eating lunch now. <p></p><i></i>
I'm not sure if it was started as a joke or not, but if certainly has turned into one. If you read the responses, 9 out of 10 of them are flaming the guy.
