Final Destination 2

Now I was watching Final Destination 2 last night on one of the Starz channels, and I couldn't help but think abou the implications of negligence claims that could be brought against various characters in the movie... the reason for my thinking is that the "proximate cause" element in a negligence case would really have to undergo some CAREFUL ANALYSIS, I mean that we are talkin' 'bout some things that will really put the "Cardoza Test" and the "Andrews Test" back under the microscope!! A corpse is a corpse, of course, of course, But no one can ever talk to corpse, Unless, of course, The corpse is the famous Mr. Death!

simply put: when one thing causes another thing to happen, there is the question of "how foreseeable was it?" yes, I know I'm a horrible malapropist!

Well, unless they go out and tell everyone that they saw this happening, how would anyone else know? :O They'd have to testify against themself and I really don't see that happening. Good movie, bought for real things (and some fakes) go to snopes.com under pictures. Brain with maggets, decapitated drug runner, carjackers demise, most real. They got a funny tombstone, too.
