I saw it at 6 last night, I thought it was a great movie. The plot was pretty good, and the acting was pretty friggin good (Kirsten Dunst and Tobey MacGuire did really well together). The action scenes were the movie's strengths, they didn't have the overused matrix-style slow mo, the action scenes were done very well and were a refreshing change from other movies. The producers or whoever did a really good job with Doc Oct, the action scenes involving him were really spectacular. All in all, the movie was very great, I would say that it is marginally better than the 1st one.

I just got back from seeing it. Yeah I have to agree with LG that it was about as good as the first maybe slightly better. I can't wait to see who the next villan is, though they leave a major hint as to a possible future villan though maybe not the next movie.

I am the one.

I am Tsunami's apprentice.

I am one of the few

able to produce

10 Light Hawk Wings!!

I saw it lasy night ( 7/2/04 ) and like it. It was much better than what I had expected it to be. Dr. Octavious is one of my favorite villians ( if you want to call him a villian ) and he is the reason why I went to see the movie. The actions scene involving him really are wonderful. However I haven't seen the first movie so it wouldn't be fair if I compared the two, but if you like spiderman at all see this movie.

"Logic only gives a man what he needs."
"Magic gives him what he wants."

:Possible Spoilers:

In my opinion I think it may be more than one villan. They already set up the one at the end of the second movie but they have already set up a few more possiblr villans. Parker's prof. in the movie is Dr. Curt Conners who in the comics becomes The Lizard. You also have Jameson's son, the astonaut, who in the comics comes back from the moon, just like the character in the movie except for the following, with a radioactive kind of stone that changes him into Man-Wolf.Are they could always bring in a non-introduced character villan. I hope it's Quentin Beck as Mysterio.

I am the one.

I am Tsunami's apprentice.

I am one of the few

able to produce

10 Light Hawk Wings!!

Peter Parker must be a bad luck charm, cause a lot of the people he has met have turned into villians.
------------------
Once I bruised my knee real bad. A few days later I played paintball and got shot in the same spot as the bruise, yet I told no one. Moral of the story, foul play is afoot!
(<_<) (>_>) (O_O)!

I saw it this weekend. I loved it. Dr. Octopus wa alwasy one of my favorite villans. And they did him well. I was concerned that the special effects woudn't blend well with the live action but it did fairly well.

And yes they did set the stage for the Green Goblin 2. Its kinda like batman in a way though. They keep killing off villans......... Doc Oc isn't dead he can't be *cry*

I liked when Jameson had the suit and he started to feel bad about making spiderman quit just for a second that was an awesome scene.

THey'll probaly condense the venom stories and probaly just make him come down with the Jameson's son instead of going into the whole story.

You guys see Stan Lee's cameo?

"God's in his heaven and all is right with the world"
- Nerv
Tenchi Muyo, No Need for a Homepage

I'm pretty sure(Comics2Film.com) that they're making a seperate movie for Venom. It's not going to be a Spider-Man movie. And then in the Venom movie Carnage is the antagonist, I think. And then they're going to make one of the Spider-Man movies involving Venom and Carnage.

By the way, concerning the multiple villains...can you say "Sinister Six"?

And Black Cat was Felicia Hardy, I believe.
