One voice actor for Ren and Stimpy. Ren and Stimpy appealed to all of us who were constantly told "Act your age" we were teenagers. We WERE acting our age. That's why they call it "Sophomore" humor. Actually I think I was in middle school when they first came on the scene. And all the other chicks I knew were into it. We all know the Happy-Joy song by heart. I just can't remember the spoken parts during the breaks. I concur, you guys take some stuff far too seriously. Ren and Stimpy were funny for the same reason Beavis and Butthead were funny. Animation was terrible? out of all the cartoon shows out at the time in america made by artist in america most of the scenes were detailed and the close up shots go into even more depth. Ren and Stimpy are the only low detailed drawn characters throughout the entire show. Powder toast man has more lines than them. POWDERED... TOAST... i thought it was 1 year olds with crayons in there mouth??? worst exapmle of this is ed edd and eddy. rugrats is a close second (still scared from babystiing liitle cousin who watches the dvd all the time) outta the orginal 3 "nick toons" (doug rugrats ren and stimpy) Ren and stimpy was the only one that looked like it took time to draw and the animation still sucked! powerpuff girls is another one that a 2 year old drew and i remember seeing a movie teaser saying "anime Inspired". I can go on and on about bad cartoons. Nick Jr should hold ALL the blame!
