... The Cast of Azu Manga Daioh. ... The Cast of Utena. Heh, sorry, something of a closet HP fan, and the first idea came to mind a little while ago. More recently the second did. I think it is the perfect recipe for comedy, either, or even both of those together. Currently speeding through the latest book. No Spoilers though, mind you, I have a good idea who the half blood Prince is (but it isn't a certainty) and I think I found a spoiler for another part of the book, something I thought was an amusing idea, till about the second chapter or so, when it occured to me, they might be telling the truth... I am not entirely sure about that either... Anyway, does anyone here still enjoy the books? Etc? In the last book Harry was so bloody Whiney. In this book, he seems to spend a lot of time being very arrogant, almost bully like, but not all the time, mostly towards the beginning.... Ron seems to be being a tad too jerk-ish. Bad V's backstory is somewhat interesting. etc etc... Surprised at some of the language in the book though.... |

I like the books. I actually read the Half Blood Prince last Sat. Now just have to wait, what, at least a year and a half to read the last book. |

There's a video clip of someone at mugglenet.com. You gotta go down a ways on the news section, but it's of a guy who got in his car an hour after the book was released and is going up and down the street at the bookstore and yelling out/spoiling the ending for everyone there. |

Harry x Ginny > Harry x Cho I also have been thinking along the same lines visa ve Snape at the end. But I'm not certain, maybe he really is evil... so confused @_@ Overall I liked the ending, it worked and I certainly wasn't expecting it. It's left enough open to keep you guessing for the next books and plunged things in general in unexpectedness (how will the order operate now? etc etc). Definitely looking forward to the next book. I didn't notice any real descriptions missing, who were you thinking of in particular? Or was it just a general impression? |

The descriptions thing was in general... It made the book lack character in away, or at least that's the impression I got. It was a good book, don't get me wrong, just a let down for me. I think I got too excited and was expection too much from this book. ^^;; |

Hey guys, I think spoilers should be written in dark blue or something, like so... I have a few ideas about Snape too. I think Snape is still working against Voldemort, but I think he is also very much afraid of him. I think Snape is not the calm and controlled man he usually seems, like in the second chapter in his home. I think this is something of an act, and he is more cowardly than he admits to even himself. I'm not saying he is as cowardly as he appears in Harry's eyes, but Snape is beginning to crack slightly. I think Snape does feel guilt for what he did to Harry's Parents. He hated them, but when they were gone, the focus of his anger was removed, and was shifted to their son, partly because of the credit he was being given for nothing, and partly for deeply psychological problems, that you'ld probably need a degree in the subject to understand. He does hate Harry, but he also sees him as his only chance of freeing himself from Voldemort. He has trouble believing that Harry himself will do the deed, but still believes that if Harry dies, Voldemort will survive Forever. |
