I spun out on the free way during the rain on my way to work.
I took it to an extended family's shop. I got the guy to fix it and paint it for $2000 plus what ever the insurance paid. I had a $1k deductable.
They gave me $752.86.
I got backed into by a woman with a 4x4 Ford. She krinkled my hood. I got a $100 from her and her info. She hasn't answered the phone to pay the rest of the balance.
So, I found a hood on ebay for 250, plus 187 shipping. Finally got it week befor last on a Friday at 3pm. Car was to be done last Friday. They said they got busy and had to other stuff first. So, it's to be done this Friday. I'll call tomorrow and see if they still claim it'll be done. If they say yes, then I'll ask if I can pick it up Saturday. If they say no, I'll apologize for my impatience, but I've been with out my hoopty since the third week of September.
