O.K. as alot of you can tell... I LOVE HELLSING! So, can any of you tell me what Young King volume has Hellsing: The Dawn?! I've done so much research and I found nothing... |

T.T I was all excited, but now I'm all depressed. O.K. I relized that Young King OURS is a Japanese manga. So, can anyone tell me what magazine Hellsing: The Dawn is published in? |

Actually, I found this for you ^^; (a reply from a man in charge of a series forum) I hope this helps you a little. "Hellsing is serialized in Shonen-Gahosha's Young King Ours Magazine, along with a lot of other great titles (Trigun comes straight to mind). Over the past year or so, Matt and I have received countless e-mails asking why we're taking so long in putting out volumes #8 and #9, that people have seen the volumes in their Japanese and scanlated forms on the net, and wondering about Hellsing: The Dawn. We hear, "We know these exist! What's taking so long!? Get to work!" Indeed, although I haven't looked at it myself, we are aware that scanlated (i.e., unlicensed, illegal) versions of Hellsing #8 and #9 are available online. These were not taken from the Japanese TPBs, as they don't exist yet. They were most likely taken from Young King Ours, scanned/translated, and then uploaded. So, until volumes #8 and #9 (and Hellsing: The Dawn) are available in TPB form in Japan, we might have to slake our thirst for blood elsewhere. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we, too, wait for the Japanese versions to be released, so we can bring them to the English world." |
