Holy crap, Mr. Death. Kind like each century one of your ancestors went to another part of Europe. Now, when u say Indian do u mean Native American or the actually Indians from India? Also u are German. It doesn't matter if your parents are German or not(I know they're not), but u were born on German soil, which makes u a Native German. That looks weird... Native German... I just started to think about the Celts... WEE CELTS! |

One parent German. Totally. Other, Scotts-Irish(not Scottish and Irish - lowland Scott who immigrated to Ireland, and then to the eastern seaboard of the US on then on to Appilacian Mtns; and on from there), Native American/German, and English) MY Dad is a Geneolgy freak... So I guess I'm mostly German, with 1/8 Native American and some other stuff in the mix! |

YorokobiAssaiki, it means "yes, that's true!" and the other has many translations in english, depending on context, but "come, let's have fun," or "come on, let's play," (as in having fun on the boards with verbal dialogue; that is the phrase I use when gathering allies to argue with people with unswayable opinions! some people can take cartoons WAY too seriously - it should be fun!) Minagi, thanks! - But my family, on Dad's side, has a double dose of stubborn heritage and can hold grudges without speaking to each other for decades! Mom's just constantly fight amongst themselves (so they have to talk! Allies and ememies are always in flux, like a soap opera!) it can be entertaining; but I havn't been back to the midwest or Germany in many years...maybe that's why I'm not insane! And I don't think you can pronounce "Cherokee" in German; they have no "ch" sound, so it would come out "SHerokee!" Like mom says "sheck" or "shampion"! (no "w" or "th" sound either, it got entertaining at our house when we dared to mock her!) My dad says we are Cherokee(the "civilized" tribe, and most accepted by society, at the time), but 2 of his brothers said we are Pawnee. Grandmaw never said (she died when I was very young), and as she was born in the 1890's, she ashamed of her Indian heritage and didn't speak of it, much. |
