09/12/2014: My previous attempt at renaming the directory to foil the spambots did not work. I'm trying now to change the login information for the SQL database. There may be a little bit of downtime but it shouldn't take long.
09/11/2014: I've been having problems with spambots preventing legit users from being able to sign up correctly. I've tried changing the directory from bbs to forums. Hopefully that will stop them and I can remove the retrictions stopping real users from signing up. Sorry if some of your bookmarks have become broken. They can be fixed by replacing bbs with forums in the properties.

My company gave me an air card so now I can do things like come here when I have to sit around waiting for a flight. But what do you guys do when confronted with sitting around for a few hours with nothing to do?

I didn't have to wait too long to see you come back Bkev. ^_^ I also started reading the Time Odyssey trilogy on the flight home too. So far it's pretty interesting.
If you like time travel or historical adventure type stories, you'd probably like this one too. It's well written and has a lot of nice imagery to present the strangely fractured world of the story. Another story I've seen that's similar to this was the Doctor Who story The War Games.

Sleep. I can sleep anywhere, anytime. call it a gift. born of eternal airport waiting.
once, we were stuck on a russian antanov 124 condor at istanbul airport, on the plane, for 32 hours. they finally let us into the base ops building were we drank turkish chai for 3 hours before they let us off the airfield. diplomatic clearances and manifests are important! apparently.

Leave it to government bureaucrats to throw chewing gum into the gears of time. ^_^;; Sleeping in airports or on planes in flight is something I wish I could do. Planes are so noisy that I can never nod off for more than a few minutes even if I get the cushy business class seats. v_v
