I've been dwelling on this question for a while, and it seems perfect for debate. So, to introduce it, I made a philosoraptor...  If there are Fallen Angels, are there Risen Demons? Now I'm not much of a religious person, but this just seems like something perfect to ponder. So... ...Discuss. |

That's a tough question for what happens in the spirit relam is unrevalent to them. You have to think will God accept their apology? Their apology for abandoning God to follow some arch-angle who was so arrogant to think he was better than the Almighty... however... God loves all of His creation. He died for us and rose again to prove that He was God so if He was willing to come down to Earth in the flesh as fully man yet fully God and lived the way as a man for 33 years and died the worst way possible to save us... I think He would be willing to forgive any fallen angel for their betrayl, if there has been any angles that have seeked His forgivness I think it's very few. |

There's no such thing as either. Angels and demons are just mythical beings created by humans, to symbolize 'good' and 'bad'. but as far as stories go, the only 'risen demon' i can think of is Spawn.

I'm sure there eventually will be debate. Regardless, I think all beings have morals and free will, and that's why I think anything is possible. |

Actually reconciling my Bible demons are in hell wtih Satan. For after christ died He threw Satan and his followers henceforth demons, into hell and hell is a place where all connection God is lost. so, even a demon wanted to repent God could not hear it for He has chosen there fate. |

But I want to ask space kid summat: Do u know everything? Have you seen everything? If your humble enough to admit you do not know everything or seen everything isn't there a possibility of a relam or another dimension home to another being known as God could exsist? |

Well Min, hate to be the cynic here but... That goes both ways... Could a devout follower of any religion actually exercise the thought that there may not be a realm beyond the consciousness that we all live in? Open mindedness is a double edged sword. |

Yes they I can, but excersizing is the wrong word. More along the lines of doubt. I mean people have doubts about there faith and they do ponder about what if it's a waste of time. But that pondering brings about quests to seek answers and answers are tested and soon become fact. I have doubts sometimes however. everyday I think that what's the point. If we are all an random act of coincidence what's the point? I mean what's the point of living if I have no purpose? Is there a God or by mere coincidence did my faith survive since the beginning wandering days of the Isrealites? I think about it, but I remind myself the facts God has presented before not only I, but everyone else, facts of His exsistence. I have a purpose. You have a purpose. Everybody has a purpose. The idea of life being a mere accident and humans randomly coming out of a cosmic soup of randomness with advanced emotions of seeking a purpose has to be more than a coincidence |

Not to me. I have almost no faith in humans, let alone a higher being and/or purpose. Thusly, I seek balance. And faith is contradictory to fact. If you need fact that God exists, then you have knowledge of it. Faith on the other hand, is the act of believing where no evidence is needed or asked for. And from what I've read of the Bible, it seems like the writers try to balance it out. The point of being a risen demon or fallen angel is a rhetorical paradox. If the two existed, and one could happen, then the other must be able to happen. Depends on what sources you site though. Be it Milton, Alighieri, or the Bible. They all say different things. Like Milton says that demons, unlike devils, are spawned from pandemonium (literally: place of all demons) and is commonly referred to as The Abyss by most cultists (the ones not tainted by evil connotation). Devils come from Hell. Just different points of view, they're all just stories to me, so the are equally fantasizing and true to me.

i dont really care, or worry about that stuff. the only things that concern me are the things that exist and effect me directly IN REALITY i have no time for 'what ifs' or 'after lifes'. we have science, politics and law to govern the world, our morals, freedoms, ect now, whether they are good or not is another story, but they are better than the rubbish, superstitious peasants came up with a 1000 years ago. |
