So I watched a bit of the show called Millenium the other day. Ya' know the show with the cop who sees how victims died. Well, one part of the episode they go visit a family to question a lil' girl. The lil' girl is watching some old movie and in one scene a bird or maybe a fairy, i don't remember I was playing WoW, and you could hear it's shrieks in the back ground, "get away, get away" and then the spiders head comes over the... thing. That scene has been stuck with me and ever since i've had pounding headaches thinking about it and having the feeling of my shoulder grab. The spiders head reminds me of a hand coming over my shoulder. I used to have arachaphobia, but i got over it after looking over a book of tarantulas, took a lota courage.
So. . . what ya'll think?

Apparently, according to psych major friends, you may have some residual memory of something surrounding that incident. Something around the same time you saw that show happened that you may have blocked, and it may seem insignificant to you (then and even now) and that scene replaced it. I doubt it has anything to do with arachnophobia, and according to any Freudian psychology, my friends may be right.

Honestly though, I have paranoid issues, and phobias tend to follow. The grabs and itches on your legs, and headaches, arm pulls, hair on head feels like it's moving, we're talking weird feelings, will happen until you can control the impulse.

If it only happens at certain times or occasions, then watch for it, see what may be causing it, analyze, and figure out a way to either deal with it, avoid it.

COMMAS! EVERYWHERE COMMAS! Didn't even try to be clerically correct so forgive the commas.

I wondered... sometimes I have headaches that just don't go away, you might think their just headaches, but one time I had it for three hours. Sometimes I feel I'm being touched I can't tell if it's reality or it's just paranoia I can't tell if it's being made up or it happened... sometimes I don't know if the thoughts in my head are true. Which reality do I accpet?

Have you taken tylenol or advil for these headaches or are they migraines? You might want to pay a visit to your local physician and get these checked out, as for the thoughts do you have an example?

Well, usually when I take the tylenol it goes away in 10 ten min.

The thoughts are either random thoughts or memeories. But for I am not sure if this real or not i will lable them as thoughts: I rememer one thought of a girl with black hair, covering her eyes, sitting on my bed with a smile... the rom was lit dimly, my lamp giving off the glow in the right back corner... my bed's frame was red, with cabin themed quilt...

Another I remember this thought of the same girl, now in my parents bedroom sitting on her knees, naked, holding me... however I was a toddler myself also naked. I see myself for in my parents bedroom, one wall consisted most of mirrored sliding doors.

I am torn, for how do I know what is real? The question is. . . why would I make it up? Why would I want to make up such an evil sickening action to happened me? To gain pity?! Why would I need pity for their is no need for pity for what is the purpose of pity? However, how do I feel when these thoughts enter my mind? Empty? For that is what I feel... which I know what it feels to be empty. Is it all a lie?

I don't know if your headaches have any correlation to anything as I used to frequently get headaches myself. It might be dehydration, try drinking more water and see if they go away, if not it could be a chronic issue of some sort.
As for the dreams/visions I'm not very skilled with psyche analysis. They do sound significant, at least in that they pertain to you're life. I'm assuming that they relate to some buried subconscious thoughts. If you know a psychology professor at your school they could possibly help yo sort that out for free if you don't go into too much detail with them. What was this sickening action you described as well? I don't think you're just making these up for pity if that makes you feel better though, I've had strange mental occurrences before as well, just not in the form of "daydream visions" more like split second prediction visions in my case. The mind is an interesting thing though!

The sickening action of being sexually molested as a toddler. I mean to me it seems nuts, but somewhere deep down it's like it's part of reality.

One dream actually, I will never forget, I had it when I was six or five so apparently it's important if I memorized it for 13 years. I remember being chased from my room, I dived on the couch where I tried to hide myself using cusions of a couch, and I remember seeing this, bear with me, a giraffee woman in human clothing chasing me to the spot, and pulling away the cusions... I have experience with molestation in my famiy and the psychological effects of the attacks. My own mother was raped by her grandfather and her father molested her and she was messed up for a long time, but my dad took the time to do the research of the why and how effects and explained alot of it to me.
Now, the point of that detail is this: was my mind protecting me from the psychological affect and replaced that woman as a giraffee? That's what happeneds all the time with other victims.
