So, this is outta the vlue: but here it is.
This girl I hardly knew from my old job calls me up, while looking up my numer thru the work files, and asks me out to this Halloween dance at school. I said sure. I go as Jack she goes as a Wednesday character. It's gonna be fun, just hope it goes better than the last one... T.T

No i'm not, the date was intresting.
I liked it, but I wasn't really into it. I danced a lil' bit, gotta lota weird looks (i looked to evil), danced with her, then out of the blue she told "i love you" real casually... yeah so it was intresting

Let me box my frustration.

Does she have any idea how very BIG and IMPORTANT that word is? What context did she use it in?! Was it a joking sort of "awww! I love you" or was it an honest to goodness serious "I LOVE YOU"?

Might be good to date her though, boost your self esteem while reestablishing a basis for relationship standards. Might find she's mistaken, or you develop something.

And that's random, I don't think it'd be too interesting unless you two were like best work buds or something. Otherwise just kind of a hang out.

Meh, here's a question for all of you:

After the date, I drove home just down right depressed for there was nothing there. I felt hollow and just knew it could'v gone better. I dunno, I'm not sure if I want to pursue a relationship with her, a friendship is fine with me, but a relationship. . . no. Has anyone have that inda date?

If you don't feel anything, you shouldn't be dating her.

It wouldn't be fair to either of you. There is something honorable about a person who chooses not to pursue a relationship out of honesty.
