I walk down the street, wondering why the note was in the past tense. It matters not now. I glance at the bag slung over my shoulder, and wonder aloud to myself..."Am I just a pawn in some grand scheme...no, I can't be. Maybe I play a part, but I'm no pawn. Maybe a knight or a rook, but not a pawn. Which reminds me, why the HELL do I have this chess piece in my pocket?"
I throw the small, gleaming white king at the next poster.

As the Dark Cloaked Figure walked down the street, he felt something small hit the back of his head. He turned around and looked at the ground. He saw a small pawn from a chess board and picked it up. " Hm, chess, the game of the gods. Wait a sec, this piece has an inscription on it." the figure said. 'In The War Of Kings, The Peasants Are Always The First To Die...' the inscription read. " Ooh, how foreboding. But it's still my vacation, so no messages of death are getting me back to work. I think whoever lost this is going to need it. I'll just send it back to them and make sure it never leaves them until it has served its purpose." the figure said. After throwing it in the air(thrown item 1) and sending it back, the figure heard a snort behind him. He turned and saw a large creature, with a man's body covered in hair, a Ram's head, and cloven feet. Around it were brown creatures, about 5 to 6 feet tall. They stared at the figure, as he pulled a raw cow leg out of nowhere. " See it, see it, go get it!" the figure said as he threw the leg(thrown item 2). The group of beasts chased after it. " There is no way I am dealing with a group of those things." the figure said. He suddenly acted as if he were being scolded. " WHAT! I am not going after them! Just get some Demi or Quasi to kill them." He yelled, "What do you mean 'Their all on sick leave'? You got to have one or two." He paused. " Alright, I'll kill the next batch of demons I see. But I want more vacation time!" He yelled, " I also get an HD TV? And updated gaming hardware? Thanks! I'll get right on it!" the figure then ran off to find more of beezlebub's spawn.

The skinny black woman is walking along when the cow leg lands in front of her. "Ooh, food!" she yells, and bites into the raw meat. Then she looks up to see a couple of drooling zombies standing over it. "MINE!" she yells, and cracks them in the head with her Grammy, which stuns them. Only just then realizing they were zombies, she sighed and said, "Looks like it's time to get back to work . . . but FIRST . . ." She leans down to eat the rest of the cow leg and is bonked on the head by the chess king. She looks at it. "Huh . . . 'even a pawn can take down a king.' That's . . . awfully cliche." She tosses it behind her and begins to chomp down on the cow meat.

(Uh, I am in no way trying to slur black people here if anyone takes offense.)

One day Johnny Storm was walking along when suddenly....
JS: Lah dee lah... Ow! I just got hit by a really hot Putty knife.... Ooo it glows, I'm showing it to my sis and her boyfriend, and some other guy...

And so...
JS: Hey look at what I found.
Reed: Johnny! You fool, don't you realise that that putty knife isn't just really hot... but it is radiating.... COSMIC RADIATION!
JS: Whoa.... I feel kinda funny... kinda... hot.... <bursts into flames> AHHH! I'm on fire... yet it doesn't hurt...
Reed: And I now have the ability to stretch and stuff... like Putty!
Sue: And I can turn invisable. And since that isn't as cool and useful as it sounds, they threw in forcefields as well.
Johny: Who are they?
Sue: I donno...
Ben: Umm guys, why am I a big rock guy now?
Johnny: This is so frigging cool! Watch this! Fire ball!
Victor: AHHHHHHH! My Face!!!!!!
Johnny: Whoops, didn't notice you come in Victor....
Victor: Curse you Richards!!!!!

"hmmm, somthing tells me this note pad is more significant than it looks." *puts death note in bag, whilst
also getting out a shinny red apple and chomps down into it*
"umm....ewwwww, rotten!" *throws apple off the bridge and it falls directly through the car window
