| Post subject: | The Simpsons Movie |
I had grew up at a time when the Simpson's was the hot ticket in animation. My daughters, boyfriend and I all anticipated this movie greatly. I think we were all doomed to disappointment The movie was another carbon copy of the tv show the last few years. Very lack-luster and unoriginal. Basic plot: Homer screws up, town goes to Hades, Homer saves the day. Personally, I would keep my money in my pocket on this one. I know it is no longer in the theaters, but I do not think it is worth wasting money on it to rent or buy, unless you are a Simpson's fanatic. Save your cash I'm sure that soon it will be aired on TV and no one will ever notice he difference between the tv show and the movie. |
