OOC: I'm sure I posted this earlier... Oh well... IC: Stepping carefully into the opening of the vast tree (/crawling? I'm not sure how big/little the Deku Tree is. ^^'), Corak began checking the status of the tree. Judging from the state of the outer layer of bark, it was indeed in a large amount of trouble. With the always-dramatic moody turn of the shoulder, Corak walked onwards. Even if Navi did not decide to be generous, he would still see if there was anything he could do. |

Corak only nodded in response to Navi's warnings, and made his way over to the climbing area, keeping his eyes sharp for anything that looked like a navigational contraption. Navigation wasn't particularly important to him, and his Ancient's Database would be completely useless in this unknown land, anyway. "A Skultra..." Corak noted, and looked around. Spying the creature, Corak made a note of where its general line of vision would be, and began scaling the 'Wall', trying to be careful not to alert the monster. Stealth had always proven useful when he had been trying to infiltrate Sheltem's various hideouts, and would probably not fail him now, if it worked... |

Small, OOC question: Can you still post in this thread if you don't intend to participate in immunity? Because I don't, at least not this week, and it seems like most of the action is going on here. |

Ryoma - I'll pass, don't feel like it. Why should I bother to do something like that if I know I don't have to? Later. He walked away and found a nice shady tree near the Great Deku Tree and fell asleep under it. Ryoma - Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.... |

Navi: Listen! Corak, I can tell you have a lot of courage and that is why I am letting you have a bottled fairy. With it you will likely not be defeated by Ghoma...speaking of which...Watch Out!!! *Ghoma strikes at the group of heros in front of it. She opens her large glowing eye and stares down her enemies. How dare they attack her hive! This was her breeding ground...and no motley crew of rag tag heros would defeat her! Ghoma charged at Dante and tore him to shreads.* Navi: Watch out! *It was too late....Dante had already faded away and returned to his world. Navi glared at Ghoma...she hadn't expected to lose anyone to such an enemy. She rushed up and got in Ghoma's large eye* Navi: Listen! Hit it in the eye!!! *That was all the help Corak needed. He picked up the nearest stone he could find and hurled it into the glowing eye* Navi: Watch out! *If she didn't no any better she would have thought that Corak was trying to take her out with the monster.* *The stone flew true and ended Ghoma's terrror on the Great Deku Tree. Ghoma fell back and turned into a heart piece, giving all of the heros more life. All of Navi's crew left through the mouth of the deku tree. Even now they could tell that he was dying* Great Deku Tree: Thank you for trying to save me, but I am afraid it is too late. I am already past the point of return. I would like to give you all this Kokiri Emerald...with it you may be able to defeat the evil Ganondorf and save Hyrule...and now...I must...say...goodbye. *The Great Deku Tree turned completely grey as he ceased to exist.* Navi: Listen! This was our first battle and you all did well. Unfortunately, Dante did not make it to the next level...if anyone has any last words for Dante, please say them now...otherwise, we must move on! Ooc: Immunity Answers: 1) Lotus Forest 2) Kilika Woods 3) Twilight Forest 4) Green Forest 5) Greatwood Forest 6) Sickened Forest |

OOC: I had no idea that I would get that! O_o' IC: Corak kneeled down, in a partial bow, to salute this fallen potential Ally. This Sentinent tree had wanted to stop the evil in the realm, and had been cut down by the monsterous bug-creature that he had sucessfully "Slain". Although not a direct comrad, this "Deku Tree" had what was always honoured- the directive for greater good. Finishing his silent salute, Corak stood up, and followed the group off to meet the next challenge. |
