Ed stumbled into the Lon Lon Ranch, feeling completely lost. "Ok, I'm out of the woods and into a ranch." he muttered, approaching a very larged fenced-in area. A few horses ran around, while a few cows just stood in one corner. "This place almost reminds me of Risembol." Ed commented, leaning against the wooden fence. After a while, Ed decided to try to find someone that could possibly tell him where he was. Unfortunately, he tripped over a white something. "Ow." he yelled, trying to find what had caused him to trip. A chicken had walked in front of him, and was now mindlessly pecking his leg (the metal one to be exact). "You stupid chicken!" Ed yelled, kicking the living poultry aside. Ruffling up it's now dirty feathers, the chicken sqwalked something that sounded, to Ed at least, like it was saying "Short brat." "What did you call me?! You think I'm short?! Well take this! And this!!" The Fullmetal Alchemist then proceeded to chase the chicken around the ranch, yelling that he wasn't short... |

*Navi did another lap around the ranch trying to find the blond male she had brought to this land that reminded her of a young link...only shorter.* Navi: *muttering* Listen...where are you little one... *Suddenly she sensed danger...a danger worse than any other...a foe more powerful than twenty ganondorfs...* Navi: Watch out! CHICKEN!!!!! *she only hoped that she wouldn't be too late* |

Edward heard the cry of the little fairy. "Huh?" he wondered, looking around as if expecting a large, deadly chimera to apppear, but instead it was a large flock of... CHICKENS. "Attack of the Chickens!!!!" Ed yelled, as he tried to escape the wrath of the farm birds. "What's with these things? I've seen chimeras that aren't even this fierce." Ed asked Navi, slamming his hands on the ground. "Are they possesed or something?" A large mound of earth grew out of the ground, protecting the young alchemist from the onslaught of poultry for at least a few minutes. "OK, this wall will only hold for about a minute. Now, how do we deal with these chickens?!" he asked Navi, wanting an explanaition for the sudden attack. |

*Navi was shocked. One of her heros could alter the Earth itself...this was truely a great find. Someone of such power would certainly prove useful...she could not let him be destroyed by the rapidly multiplying heard of chickens pecking away at the soil...their eyes glowing wildly.* |

Frog was still wandering through the woods when he heard loud clucks off in the distance. Frog: Chickens? Maybe a farm Frog ran off into the distance when he came to an end in the tress and the start of a large field full of rolling hills that all lead into the center where there stood a tiny farm. Frog: Better go check it out before I run into another monster. Frog jogged down the hill his armor clinking all around him. He finally came to the edge of the fence and saw Navi and Ed being chased by chickens. Frog: well those are some angry chickens. Frog turned to ed. Frog: What did you do? |

The earth-made wall began to crumble under the chicken's onslaught. Ed looked up to see Frog, who had chosen to appear at that time. "You call this angry?!" Ed said in response to Frog's comment. Then, the wall collapsed, giving the chickens a clear path to the offending person. "Talk later, run now!" Ed yelled to the others as he began to, yet again, run from the insane chickens. The white, feathery birds continued their pursuit as Ed tried to find a solution to the current problem. "Anyone have any ideas?" he asked, ducking behind a barn, and hopefully out of the chicken's path of destruction. "How do we stop them?" Then he got an idea. Birds usually lived in cages, so why not build a big cage to put the chickens in? "Hang on, any large supply of seemingly useless metal lying around here?" |

*Useless metal? Now this was something strange...who in their right mind would want something useless? Navi decided that the boy must be too small to think straight and must want something useful instead.* Navi: Over here! This building is made of metal! *Navi was pleased with herself. She had shown the boy the very useful metal silo. He could use it to store grain, wheat, oat, or anything else little boys do for fun* |

"Perfect!" Ed yelled, accidentally geting the attention of the flock of mad chickens. He dashed over to the silo, thinking almost as fast as he was running. Once he was on the opposite side of the chickens, Ed clapped his hands together and grabbed hold of the silo wall. Green light surrounded the boy and the silo, as the metal twisted into a new, rounded shape. The grains inside spilled out onto the ground as holes formed in the sides. The chickens, seeing the spilled grain, flocked over to eat their fill, but then realized it was a trap! What was once the large grain silo was now a large bird cage with a nice layer of grain on the bottom. (Take that chickens!!) Ed stepped away from the crowded cage, a smug look on his face. "That should hold 'em." he said, turning back to Frog and Navi. "So, what causes these chickens to be so violent? Is there something in the water?" he luaghed at his small joke, remembering one small city where a similar situation had occured. |

Frog looked over at the chickens who where eating very fast. Frog: It couldn't be the grain could it? Just then the chickens began to cluck in a synced matter then turned to face Navi,Frog, Keely and Navi in a straight line. Frog:hmmm Looks to be a standard charging stance. Out of the line a single chicken stepped forward raised its wing towards the intruders and made a loud cluck sound with that the chickens began to charge towards our heroes. Frog: Better make haste we have a fight now. |

Ed watched as what apperaed to be the lead chicken lead the charge of the chickens. "We got a fight on our hands." Frog said, as the charge began. "Great. A fight. Just what I needed." Ed muttered, as he slid his right sleeve back, revealing a hint of grey metal. More bright green light surrounded the boy as more alchemical changes were done. Shing!! On top of Ed's metal arm was now a very sharp, and very useful blade! "All right you birds. You want some of this?!" he yelled, standing to meet the charging chickens... |

A shadowy figure could be seen spinning into the fray, drenching the chickens with water along the way before it landed in front of Keely, Ed, the frog, and the...the fairy... Squirtle turned its head to its recently-made allies with its shades covering its eyes. It made a thumbs up in confidence. "Squirtle Squirt!" However, the water had only infuriated the chickens' further as their eyes burned crimson. Squirtle did a double take at the sight. "SQUIRTLE!!!" it screamed, fearing that the situation may have gotten worse. The Pokémon turned to Keely for help. "Squirtle Squirt...Squirt Squirt Squirtle? Squirtle! Squirtle Squirtle Squirt Squirtle!" The turtle sensed an underwater body of water and asked the young woman if she could unleash it from the ground and use it to overwhelm the chickens in floodlike proportions. Squirtle would help double team her efforts. Squirtle whirled around to the young alchemist. "Squirt Squirtle? Squirtle Squirt Squirtle? Squirtle Squirtle! Squirt Squirtle Squirt!" "Right! Got it!" Ed replied putting one of his fists into the other outstretched hand. There was a long silence as the wind swept across the farm. "Uh...I didn't understand a word of that..." Squirtle, Keely, Frog, and Navi fell over in stupidity. The Pokémon made a few gestures and movements to allow the alchemist to perceive the idea of creating a device that could also use the underground source of water to fire at the chickens. It may not have been a fire, but Squirtle was notorious for strategizing back when it was leader of the Squirtle Squad... |

Keely quickly translated for the Squirtle. "He wants to know if you can make a device to channel water from the underground in a burst stream so it will force the chickens back. I can divert an underwater stream to provide a flow for your device, and Squirtle can assist as well." Ed blinked rapidly. "It said all that just now?" "Well, yeah." "We really need Corak to finish that translating machine," Ed grumbled. "I suppose I could do something like that, but it would take a while." Meanwhile, Frog was quickly cutting down the beserking chickens when suddenly they seemed to regroup and dashed back towards the silo/cage. "Do you think they gave up?" Keely asked hopefully. "Somehow I doubt it," Frog said. "Squirtle squirt squirt!" the Squirtle said, pointing. A bunch of chickens were charging from the silo, and they were almost twice as big as the ones before! "Watch out! Watch out!" Navi yelled, over and over. Ed groaned. "What the hell is WITH this place?" |

"Man! I could really use Al's help right now..." Ed muttered as he hacked as he tried to fight off the large chickens. Feathers flew everywhere as bird-by-bird, the chickens fell to the Fullmetal Alchemist. But even as Ed cut them down, more and more seem to appear. "What the heck?! Where do they all come from?!?!" |

Frog turned towards the others. Frog: Well you better get this plan under way soon they will be back, I will try to hold them off. Frog turned back towards the chickens ready for there retaliation. He raised his sword to his hips waiting for the next attack. |
