*Navi flew her followers over to the Gerudo fortress...located near the spirit temple.*

Navi: Listen! The gerudo are a race made of untirely women. Ganondorf is the first male born to them in many many many years. We'll have to sneak you guys into their fortress in order to prove your worth and allow you all access to the Spirit Temple.

Keely: Navi, I know you are used to dealing with males and that most of your training has been to train a male hero...but I am not male and therefore I will not have to sneak into the fortress. In fact, why don't you follow my lead.

*With that, Navi watched with horror as Keely sauntered right into the center of the Gerudo camp.*

Keely: Hello ladies! I've brought with me a man, some robots and a friendly little creature who all wish to join your camp.

Gerudo warrior #1: We don't allow male members. That man will have to prove himself to us!

Forte: At least that means I'll get some time alone with the ladies!

Gerudo Warrior #2: Uhhh....now we don't trust robots either.

Corak: *sigh*

Squirtle: Squirtle squirt!

Gerudo warrior #3: How about all of them take our toughest challenge...

Corak: What is the toughest challenge facing a gerudo warrior? an archery competition? challenging the strongest warrior?

Ooc: Immutiny challenge: Miss Gerudo Pageant

Well fellas, its time to get your nails done and practice that perfect wave because you're all entering the Miss Gerudo Pageant! The following have all been ranked already. If two people/robots/pokemon pick the same talent/dress/etc, no points will be awarded to those players for that round.

1) Talent: Flaming baton twirler, play the water glasses, or sing opera in the key of g-unit

2) Swimsuit competition: one piece ladies suit, one piece with water wings, or string bikini (oh how scandalous)

3) Formal wear: Long flowing pink gown with ruffles (ruffles have ridges), tight white gown with a hole for the midriff, or backless green sequined gown...and uh glitter....lots of glitter

4) Group dance (every pageant has a group dance competition and this one is no exception): stand in the front during the dance, stand in the back for the dance, stand precariously close to the orchestra pit for the dance

5) Intellect (pick a question to answer...if you also send me an answer you get 2 extra points toward the competition): What do you think about sand?, Do girls really rule and boys really drool or is that just a rumor? If you had to be a non-living thing...what would you be?

Corak had quickly chosen the least offensive outfits (In his mind) that he should wear, and was now quietly sitting down on the ground, contemplating which skill he should utilize, and what question he should answer.

He was also madly trying to remember anything mildly resembling a "Beauty Pageant". It sounded, to him, more like an odd mixture of courtship and purposeful humiliation of oneself. The outfits were, well, rather peculiar, and the tasks were very strange as well.

It was definitely not what he had expected- the women here seemed very strong in themselves, why would they need the companions to vie for their entry into the stronghold in this fashion?

Corak was taken from his thoughts, by what was supposed to be a "Sexy Whistle". In front of him, was the most horrible sight he had seen in a very long time. The robot with incredibly bad taste known as "CutMan" was attempting what looked like a poorly-done backwards polka dance, in an outfit so revolting it could not be described here...

Edging away a little, Corak blinked a few times to be sure he was still conscious. "Sir... Cutman, could you please refrain from doing... whatever you would call what you are doing..." Corak sighed, crossing his arms, "It is registering as highly disturbing in many various ways."

(OOC: The Joke is funny, but probably because I haven't seen what Cutman looks like, so I don't have any horrible visuals...)

It took a little while for this to register in Corak's mind, as examples of mild innuendo such as this weren't particularly needed for quick analysation. However, once when reality kicked in, Corak felt that he was feeling a strong kind of revulsion.

"Perhaps it would be better on eveyone's senses if you only continued to attempt to do... whatever it is that you were doing, instead of flashing your panties that may not be there?" Corak suggested quickly, hoping that the Gerudos would begin their Pageant soon, lest things get too far out of hand.
And he didn't really know what 'Panties' were, but he had a rather accurate guess, and knew what the alternative would be if his assumption was correct...

(OOC Actually, I was getting more at the fact Forte is eager to find Sheik, and Keely seemed the most likely character to ask...)
Forte smirked.
"I see. Well do tell me the moment you do hear from ...him, I'm rather anxious to speak with him."
With that he disappeared, reappearing at the scene of Zero's practicing.
"Yo, Bro, how goes the Flaming baton twirler routine?"
"Umm Great, look, I even have green flames, isn't it awesome?"

Back with Forte, Shadowman appears to report to him. Wearing panties on his head. Forte decides to ignore that fact for now.
"Ah, Shadowman, report, what did you find within their Fortress?"
"I... found... Panties!"
"... Hardly surprising in a Fortress full of Amazons, but what else?"
".... Bras too."
"... Even less surprising. Anything we can use?"
"Well, I think I can easily find some the right size for Zero..."
"... I mean, against Gannondorf."
"... Oh."
"My thing he may hold dear, any clue as to his source of power, any item of power he may have left behind, any indictation as to his full motives?"
"I... found..."
"yes?"
"... A closet..."
"oh for crying out lou-"
"... full of fine dresses..."
"... Only slightly less surprising than the bras and panties for an army of Warrior Women, but still, as this pageant shows, even they like to be 'girlie' now and then."

With that Forte began to hunt down Shadowman.

(Ack, I didn't notice it was so unobvious that Forte is the other voice that Zero kept talking to in those entry bits ....)

Forte: "In my defence, I didn't have to try that hard with that comment..."

Corak had been very stunned when he had been crowned Miss Gerudo. Had these fighting women had taken him to be the most sucessful in capturing their minds, or was it just that he was more sucessful in humiliating himself? Whatever it was, it didn't particularly matter. It was a little enjoyable, and if it helped the mission move forward, he would view it positively.

He did quite regret not having finished the translator in time for Squirtle, but he vowed that he would finish it before having to return to his world, if he did at all...


Brushing a little glitter from his hair as the very, very reduced party moved onwards, Corak smiled. The crown was quite primative, "But," he thought to himself, "Would definately outshine Queen Kalindra of the XEEN Module's Crown..."

Although it wasn't very important, and he would never admit it, Winning the Pageant had been... fun.
