The Sweetest Things: A Tenchi Muyo! Fanfic
Preface: I wrote this for my own enjoyment. Ryoko was inspired by
Oyasumi's avatar.
Just tell me what you think so far. I'm going to keep on writing even if no one but me likes it, because it's just fun.
Also, I wrote all of this on my iTouch, so that's why the lines look so weird.

Chapter 1: The Fruits
"Tenchi..." Ryoko whispered into Tenchi's ear, still in her night
clothes. "Tenchi...."
"Go away... I'm still asleep..." muttered the young, still half asleep
boy laying on his bed.
<Hmph...> thought Ryoko, as she placed her hand on the sleeping boy's
chest. <I bet this will wake him up!>
The stunning blue haired space pirate positioned her mouth as close to
Tenchi's ear as she possibly could without touching him and proceded
to yell at the top of her lungs.
"TENCHI, WAKE UP! BREAKFAST IS READY!!"
Tenchi, startled by Ryoko's incredibly loud announcement, jumped
forward and sat in his bed, throwing Ryoko against the wall.
"Oh, Ryoko, are you alright? I didn't mean to hurt you!"
"Good, you're awake!" replied Ryoko, rubbing the back of her head
where it hit the wall.
"You know, you really shouldn't do that. One of these days you might
just get one of us hurt!"
"Now, don't you worry about me, Tenchi, I'll be fine! Now, why did I
wake you up in the first place?..."
<Don't you do this everyday, regardless if you have a reason or not?>
"...Oh yeah, that's right! Sasami sent me to wake you! She's
preparing breakfast, and she said that we couldn't start eating
without you!" said Ryoko in her usual cheerful high-pitched voice.
"Sasami's feeling better? That sure is a good thing, because I was
getting a little tired of just eating Ayeka's cooking. But don't get
me wrong, she tries, but she just can't compare to--"
"Me?" interrupted Ryoko. "You sure are right about that! Well, what
are you waiting for? Get dressed! I'm starving!"
Ryoko stood up off from the floor and phased through Tenchi's door,
leaned against the wall, and patiently started waiting for him to come
out. Tenchi sat in his bed for a few minutes thinking about what just
happened.
<I wish that there was some way that those two could get along. I
really like them both, I like all of the girls, but I can't choose
between them. It would break their hearts if I chose just one of them.>
Tenchi laid his head back on his pillow.
<Something seemed different about Ryoko this morning. She acted
happier this morning than she had in some time. And was she wearing
lipstick?>

Well, that's it for now, or at least all of it that I'm posting.
This is just an intro chapter. That's why it's short. I'll post more on the other board so that I don't have to update both boards.
