Katsuhito followed the others into the portal. He had caused the malfunction, but no one else needed to know that... "THIS IS BAAAAAD! NOT EVEN I CAN FIX THIS! MIHOSHI, THAT BLONDE BIMBO!" Washu was furious. "DO YOU KNOW WHAT SHE'S DONE? BROKEN THE FABRIC OF TIME AND SPACE ITSELF!" Katsuhito, trying to keep his cover, asked washu a question. "If this is so, then how is it that we are our ourselves?" "Simple: that scatterbrained nitwit managed to hit 'import' instead of 'assimilate.' Which means that we are to soon have an un-expected gues-- GAH! KEN-OHKI!" Washu was less composed than usual, as this event was seriously freaking her out. //Post away!// |

"Huh? Did you hear something?" Kiyone asked the others, looking towards the closet door where the lab was. She could hear what sounded like Washu screaming about . "Sounds like Washu," Nagi pointed out, stating what to Kiyone would be the obvious. "Yeah," the teal-haired Galaxy Police detective agreed. "Who is this 'Washu' anyway?" #17 then asked. "You want the truth? She's a mad scientist and a complete kook," Kiyone answered plainly. "Well, I wouldn't say that," Mihoshi disagreed somehow, catching the attention of the others. Kiyone, however, knew this was gonna go to some hare-brained, ridiculous thought, and actually shook her head and sighed in resignation. "I mean, sure, she may have put us in some alternate reality from all time and space and created lots of dastardly weapons and things that could've destroyed the world and all, but she did create a second version of herself which was just like me." "That's because you got your hair into her experiment, you idiot!" Kiyone strongly reminded Mihoshi, giving her an earache. "Enough!" Nagi instantly cut in, once again realizing she was getting sidetracked from her true intentions. "Clearly this is getting us nowhere. Mihoshi, go ahead and take me to Ryoko." "But I don't know where she is," Mihoshi whined. Kiyone sighed in even further annoyance before getting ready to speak while #17 could only stand marveled at how much of a putz the blonde officer was making of herself. "Mihoshi, obviously everybody went into the lab with Washu because of the Time-Space machine thing. So why don't you take Nagi there and get it over with?" Kiyone requested, sounding as if she was actually scolding her for something she did - which #17 could tell she probably did often. "Oh, okay!" Mihoshi shouted, completely oblivious to her own annoyingness. "Come on, Nagi! Let's go!" "Right," Nagi accorded with a sigh, stifling an urge to smack Mihoshi upside the head as she followed the Kuramitzu blonde to the closet door where Washu's laboratory was. This left #17 and Kiyone standing there in front of the sofa. As they watched Nagi follow Mihoshi to the lab, #17 was able to catch something odd. "Hey, didn't Nagi have some sort of a cat, rabbit, pet thing with her?" #17 asked her, following which she looked around and realized that he was right. The cabbit, Ken-Ohki, was neither on Nagi's shoulder nor trudging along beside her. "Wait, I think you're right… Ken-Ohki is gone," she remarked. |

Ryoko looked down at Ken Ohki in shock and murmured under her breath. "....OH.......crap...." "hey its Ken ohki! Chimed Sasami happily."Hey that means Nagi must be here too!" "Well this is fantastic isn't it!" grumbled Ryoko,"You know when i said i was feeling adventuress i could've done with out the whole arch rival thing happening again! Im out of practice too, she'll probably whip my ass this time!" "She was basically whipping your ass last time." Sniggered Ayeka, "Heheheheh." "What did you say!?" Growled Ryoko. (head going massive in a typical anime fashion) "If it wasnt for me Ryoko, you would have been done and dusted that day on Venus.." she fired back smugly. "Damn!" thought Ryoko. The Princess had her on this one. Though, Ayeka had only stepped for her own selfish reasons, but she still had saved Ryoko's ass. "Girls Stop fighting please!" Yelled Washu, before Ryoko could think of a come back."I need to find the specific nature of this problem before its too late and the fabric of the entire universe is plunged into eternal chaos!!" Ryoko bit her tounge. "Fine!" she shrugged,"But this aint over Ayeka!" she growled at the princess, "call me when youve got this sorted out Washu, i have somthing to take care of." "Ryoko....wait..." said Tenchi silently, feeling sorry for her as she disappeared. As Ryoko vanished the unexpected guests appeared through the door way, Nagi had just missed Ryoko. Ryoko appeared on top of the roof of the Misaki home and looked around. "Where are you Nagi....." she said looking over the landscape,"Ill show that stuck up princess.... this time Nagi......I will kill you." //DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN!// |

Nagi and Mihoshi, now in the lab, started looking around the area for Ryoko, when Ken-Ohki appeared and jumped up onto Nagi's shoulder. "So, Ken-Ohki. You ran off to track her down all on your own, huh?" Nagi asked her pet cabbit with a smile, to which he responded with an enthusiastic "Chou!", which she could tell meant yes. "Nagi!" she heard someone call. Turning ahead of her, she saw Washu, Tenchi, Ayeka, Nobuyuki, and most notably a waving Sasami, who looked certainly happy to see her. "Hey! How are you doing!?" The bounty hunter could only chuckle at the fact that even though she came to catch and defeat the criminal who now became one of their own, the gang was still happy to see her. "Hey! Have you guys seen Ryoko anywhere?" she then decided to ask them as she stepped forward, approaching them. "Uh, you just missed her," Washu replied. "She teleported outta here looking for you right as you just came in the lab," Tenchi explained. "Really? Thanks. Mihoshi, you can go back to the others if you want?" "Mihoshi!?" Washu exclaimed, finally realizing who was there beside Nagi. She and the others had all been so caught in the fact that Nagi was here they completely forgot to acknowledge the fact that Mihoshi was the one that brought her here. Now realizing the object of her anger was indeed in the lab, Washu stepped right up to Mihoshi and dragged her over to where the others were, yelling at her in the process about how she screwed up all of time and space itself and brought a guest from another world here by being a complete idiot. "I'm just gonna go see if I can find Ryoko," Nagi announced, which seemingly went unheard to all the others, before turning around and leaving. Sasami, Ayeka, and Tenchi all started looking at one another, weirded out by the whole mess, while Washu continued yelling at Mihoshi about her idiocy and Katsuhito simply observed the scene, putting on the perfect impression of a wise sage. "Lord Tenchi, I really think we should leave, and just go somewhere where we can spend some quality time together," Ayeka eventually suggested to her love interest. Tenchi's only reply was a nervous "Uh…" until he looked at Washu, who was now showing Mihoshi the difference between the 'import' and 'assimilate' button on her Time-Space machine. Then he eyed Ayeka again, this time with a smile. "You know what? I think that is a good idea," he finally agreed with her, the two starting to walk out of the lab together. "Me too," Sasami said, running to catch up with them. "That way I can go outside to find Ryo-Ohki." And the three of them all walked out of the lab (and then eventually the house) together, looking for Ryo-Ohki… and a little relaxation. Meanwhile, Nagi was walking calmly towards Kiyone and #17, who were now talking about everyone in the house. That discussion, obviously featured Kiyone giving the details and #17 chiming in with his opinions. "So this Tenchi, he's stuck between a space pirate and a, uh… Juraian, right? Princess?" #17 asked, repeating something that Kiyone had apparently said so as to make sure that he understood it. "Yeah. He doesn't wanna make a choice and risk hurting either one of them. But I really think he's leaning towards Ryoko, though," Kiyone replied, being sure to point out a further observation. After hearing approaching footsteps, they turned to see a certain bounty hunter there, with her pet cabbit back. "Hey, Nagi. Welcome back," Kiyone said. "So, what happened to Mihoshi?" "Washu's yelling at her for idiotically messing with one of her machines," Nagi explained. "Now I can see why you were blaming her for your…" she trailed off, looking back at the lab and then towards #17, before continuing. "…troubles- wait a minute!" "Huh? What's gotten into you?" #17 asked. "She was yelling about a machine dealing with the very fabric of time and space, and Mihoshi hitting a button which said 'import' instead of 'assimilate'," Nagi began. "And you: you said a light shone around you and suddenly took you from some island you were relaxing at to the woods near this house." "And? What's the-" #17 started to ask her something, but then he bit his tongue as he immediately realized where she was going with this. "Wait! You're saying that because some mad redheaded scientist stepchild of the universe was careless enough to let your house's resident idiot get inside her laboratory and push the wrong button on a machine, I just got taken to another world?" "Yeah, pretty much," Nagi answered, confirming his suspicions. Along with a certain mad scientist dread that came with them. "You gotta be kidding! Why couldn't this have been someone like Vegeta or something?" #17 complained. "I thought I was done with mad scientists and their crazy experiments after I killed that decrepit old man Dr. Gero and his bug freak Cell thing ended up dead!" "Who's this Vegeta guy?" Kiyone couldn't help but ask. "A prince from my world whose ass my twin sister and I once kicked," #17 hasily responded, with a hint of hostility towards the current situation still in his voice. "Interesting. You know, while we figure out how to get you back home, unless you decide you like it here better, you can do what you said you'd do and help me with Ryoko," Nagi suggested, reminding #17 of his promise earlier. "Hmph. Fine. My objection isn't with the fact that I'm here, so this little piece of news doesn't affect that," he told her, in turn assuring her that he wouldn't break that promise. "It's with the fact that mad science is responsible for it again. And besides," he continued, throwing on a smirk, "if catching this Ryoko is as fun as it sounds, I may actually not even care about your Washu, or that blonde idiot." "Well, that settles it, then," Nagi announced. Ken-Ohki, now a little more accepting of this ally, seconded Nagi with a "Chou!", before jumping off her shoulder and immediately running for outside. Likewise, Nagi followed, figuring that he had somehow picked up Ryoko again. Kiyone sighed, resignedly thinking: Just when I thought living here couldn't get any weirder… |

// haha wow Washu is blowing up! hilarious// Ryoko was up on the roof doing power squats and push ups. (imagine 'eye of the tiger' playing in the background=P) "HA!" she breathed to herself full of self confidence as she powered through the next agonizing upside down stomach crunch, "That Nagi doesn't stand chance against me! I still got it!" As she came down from the previous crunch she noticed Tenchi and Ayeka walking off towards the shrine with Sasami Trailing after them. Ryoko growled angrily as she watched Ayeka clinging to his arm lovingly.Tenchi of course didnt know what to do and was laughing nervously and trying to divert her attention else where. "That princess is one caniveing little bitch!" she grumbled going up for the next crunch. "Dont you worry Tenchi.....you''ll be mine one day...." she sighed. with that thought she all of a sudden lost her concentration and fell onto the roof banging her head and knocking out a few tiles. "Well well......" came a menacing tone from what could only be Ryoko's arch rival. Nagi! Ryoko looked up to see that it was in fact Nagi, standing there with a sly grin on her face. "A little morning exercise there Ryoko?" she chuckled provocatively. Ryoko got up, brushed herself off and quickly regained composure. "Oh well you know me," she said hiding her embarrassment, "Nothing can stop me, gota stay fit after all!" (cough cough) she was lying through her teeth, she never exercised....but Nagi didn't need to know that. "So what brings you here?" Ryoko said feigning ignorance, "Did you want to go shopping or something?" Nagi wasnt here to joke around. "YOU KNOW WHY IM HERE RYOKO!" she yelled starting to lose patience with the whole situation. "Last time you got lucky Ryoko! I told you you should have killed me! So lets see if you regret this! without warning Nagi fired a shot at her with her (what is it called? saber gun thing?) and nearly fatally hit Ryoko! Ryoko however was no sloth, speed was still one of her major attributes and she quickly phased out and dodged the beam, then flew down onto the ground (she didnt want Tenchi's house to get destroyed). "Ah i see your as quick as ever Ryoko!" snarled nagi happily, "GOOD! i didnt want this to be an unfair fight Ryoko!" "What do you know about fair!?" yelled Ryoko back, quickly dodging another beam of Nagis as she jumped down off the roof. "Love and War Ryoko! Love and War!" //i think we could go back to the lab now as the fights happening. or perhaps go to sasami tenchi and ayeka noticing the fight.// |

//Power strike sword, kid. Or better yet, energy sword.// As Nagi continued to shoot at Ryoko with beams from her energy sword, the ever-elusive space pirate continued to dodge them every time. After about 30 seconds or so, Nagi got tired of this little song and dance and quickly broke out with her laser whip, catching Ryoko by surprise as she strangled her by the neck with the whip. Ryoko, struggling to breathe, would pull on the whip in order to try and force it loose. But try as she might, Nagi now had a hold on her. "Any last words… Ryoko?" Nagi said, her eyes narrowing as she only saw the enemy that she was trying to kill here. Unfortunately for Nagi, Ryoko didn't have last words, she had an action. Sticking her right arm forward, she launched several energy balls straight at Nagi, forcing her to turn off the laser whip in order to dodge. Unfortunately, some of those hits ended up going into the house. Nagi, though, took the opportunity to dash towards Ryoko and leap high in the air, landing with her legs on Ryoko's shoulders. She continued on with the move by instantly using the momentum to spin around and flip backwards with Ryoko's head caught between her legs, throwing the space pirate into a flip and landing her flat on her back. Nagi, who landed on her knees, was obviously the first woman up, and she held Ryoko practically at gunpoint with her energy sword, and even started charging the sword for a beam to come out and hit straight at Ryoko's head. However, before the charge could be ciomplete, Ryoko suddenly hit Nagi with several energy beams, then picked herself up. Meanwhile, back inside the house, Kiyone and #17 were both somewhat shaken up by the damage that was done to the house about a minute ago. So they went to Washu's lab and tried to knock on the door, but Washu wouldn't listen, as she couldn't hear anything past her own unloading on Mihoshi. That is, until now. "Who's there!? What do you want!?" Washu immediately demanded. "It's Kiyone, and I'm with the guest your space and time machine brought here!" the Galaxy Policewoman announced from outside. A few seconds later, the lab door was opened by Washu, with a nervous Mihoshi walking with her very tentatively. "So, it is you, huh? And who exactly are you?" Washu asked, looking towards the young man in the black Double-R T-shirt. "Jinzo'ningen No. 17," he replied, his voice failing to hide that he recognized that she was the mad scientist and did not appreciate her machine bringing him here. "Ah, so you're some kind of artificial human, huh?" Washu guessed, to which #17 nodded. "Look. We don't have much time. Nagi and Ryoko are fighting outside the house," Kiyone reminded #17, as well as informed Washu and Mihoshi. Unbeknownst to them, not because of secrecy, but because of their lack of attention to detail, Katsuhito was watching and listening very intently. "Whoa, are you serious? I've gotta see this! Now that there's no innocent bystander such as Tenchi being used for bait this time, we should see who the true stronger rival is!" Washu exclaimed enthusiastically, before running outside to watch the fight. "You know, I actually promised I'd help Nagi out. So I may butt in at any time. Keep that in mind," #17 reminded both Galaxy Police officers as Mihoshi came over to join Kiyone and the raven-haired cyborg. "Yeah? Well, you better keep in mind that as Galaxy Police officers, we have the right to arrest you if you even try to help her," Kiyone countered happily. "Nagi is carrying out an act as a bounty hunter against a criminal who's already been exonerated, all because she can't get over the fact that Ryoko was the one stain on her perfect record." "Really? Well, I guess I can stay out of the way, then. But we should at least get out to watch," #17 said. "You got a point. Let's go," Kiyone agreed, following which the two walked on outside. Mihoshi, ten seconds later, called for them to wait for her and ran out after them. In the meantime, Nagi and Ryoko were currently engaged in a standoff out in the fields nearby. "Nagi, I gotta say, you're still as spry as ever," Ryoko complimented her rival with mock geniality. "And you still know how to move yourself," Nagi replied, returning the favor. "Since we got that settled, now let's see just how powerful you are," Ryoko decided. "I've gotten stronger. And my use of my weapons has gotten better," Nagi informed her. "Yeah? Well, so have I," Ryoko told her right back, before cupping her hands together over her head and sticking them out forward, charging a red beam of energy. Nagi, meanwhile, stuck her energy sword out forward, charging an energy beam of her own as well. "Haaaaaaa!" Ryoko screamed, as she unleashed her red energy upon the bounty hunter, who countered at that instant with a white beam of her own coming from the sword. The two beams then collided in the middle of the long distance between the two women warriors, resulting in a blinding spark of light which pretty much illuminated, to some degree or another, the entire area, giving a good indication of both opponents' power. It was so noticeable now that even Ayeka, Tenchi, and Sasami, ¾ of the way up the shrine steps, had to stop and take a look, taking note that there was a powerful battle going on. Also taking note of this powerful battle, however, were Washu, #17, Kiyone, and Mihoshi, just a few feet away from the Masaki house. "Wow, they seem to really be into this," #17 observed, entertained and amused by the whole thing. "Yep," Washu concurred, studying the ongoing battle underneath her smile. Kiyone just stood there impressed with the scene, while Mihoshi stared in wonderful awe at the "pretty light" that was now all over. |

It had been quite some time since Kiyone had seen Ryoko duke it out with Nagi, but even so she hadn't remembered their fights being quite this spectacular. Trained for combat herself, Kiyone was always carefully observing the moves and techniques of other fighters during their battles especially if Kiyone herself was personally involved. At some point one or the other of them would make a mistake and give their opponent the upper hand and possibly a victory. However, so far that mistake hadn't materialized from either of the two combatants. "Hmm, it really does seem that Ryoko has improved a bit since the last time. Even though she spends much of her time loafing around the house, Ryoko's no slouch on the battlefield. You should be paying attention Mihoshi!" Kiyone snipped as she grabbed Mihoshi by the hair and made her look at the battle. At about the same instant another bright flash of energy discharge was released. While Washu, #17, and Kiyone all blinked reflexively as any normal life form would, Mihoshi recoiled from Kiyone's grasp and wailed something incoherent about blindness. "Uggh." Kiyone moaned and grimaced at her partner's reaction and at the same time earnestly wishing that she could have either Ryoko or Nagi as her partner instead. Or for that matter even Washu or the newcomer #17 whom Kiyone had noticed was also keenly interested in the combat playing out before them. "Hmm, I don't really know much about him but I sense that he could hold his own against either of them out there. And a male to boot even if he is a cyborg ..." But Kiyone's thought process sort of ended right there as she realized that she had just gripped the handle of her GP blaster and release the holster strap. Quickly Kiyone refastened the strap. "Even if Mihoshi did deserve it, I know that someone else will get that pleasure, not me." She sighed and turned her attention back to the battle. It had become quite protracted at this point and both Ryoko and Nagi were showing signs of fatigue even though the fire still burned bright as ever in their eyes. "It won't be long now, it's just a matter of who will slip up first" Kiyone observed, while way in the back of her mind the thoughts of a young, attractive, male partner and Mihoshi's coffin drifting endlessly through deep space stubbornly refused to leave her. |

| Post subject: | Re: Episode II - No Need for Unexpected Guests! |
Studious yet entertained, #17 watched the fight between the cyan-haired ex-con of space, Ryoko, and the bounty hunter Nagi, without providing any sort of interference on Nagi's behalf - partly because of what Kiyone had told him earlier before they stepped out to watch the battle, and partly because as he saw, the fight was already intense, both combatants wanting to take each other out themselves, and he knew he would actually be doing whoever he helped a disfavor. Nagi and Ryoko were both executing swiftly on moves, and counter-moves, and counters to their counter-moves, and neither had slipped up or made a costly mistake even once. There was no distinct advantage or disadvantage here, and it seemed the battle was even. Right now, he could see both of them panting, clearly a little tired, but neither about to give it up any time soon. He knew that it was only a matter of time before someone finally did slip up and cost themselves the match. It was exactly as he had figured it was during his fight with Piccolo back in the Dragonball realm, with the exception of his infinitely running energy circuits, which not only prevented him from getting tired in battle, but also allowed him not to age. This was how he and his twin sister Eighteen were able to turn even matches into no-chance affairs. Ryoko and Nagi now both charged at each other, ready to strike with punches. However, their fists ended up colliding, sending a little more heated electricity into the air. Breaking that spark collision, the two then both went for swinging roundhouse kicks - and ended up colliding again. However, as soon as that broke, Ryoko gave Nagi no chance to use her weapons, immediately lunging at her with a flurry of punches and even some kicks that Nagi was forced to block and dodge at a breakneck rate. Eventually, she managed to stop her and get her with a knee to the gut, followed by an axe kick to the back of the head to put her down. However, before Nagi could retaliate by doing anything further, Ryoko vanished and reappeared behind her, attacking with a swinging double axe handle which sent Nagi flying a good 50 yards away from the house and tumbling down to the ground. Nagi was able to quickly regain her balance, though, soon after she got on the ground, and land on her feet, as Ryoko now quickly and hungrily charged at her target, ready to deliver a finishing pounding. Nagi, realizing that now was her big chance for victory, immediately took out the energy sword and shot a beam out of it. Ryoko tried to stop to guard herself, but was only successful in stopping, as before she could put up a guard, the beam struck her right in the chest and sent her falling backwards while screaming in pain. Washu, Kiyone, and Mihoshi gasped, while #17's gaze turned a little more cautious, as now he knew what was coming. Ryoko had slipped up, she'd been the one to make the mistake of rushing in too earnestly, and she was now going to pay for it - possibly with her life, if Nagi's intent was truly that clear. Little did anyone notice, however, as Nagi walked the long walk over to Ryoko to get ready to kill her, Tenchi, Ayeka, and Sasami had come down from the shrine steps and were now rushing over to the battlefield along with Ken-Ohki and Ryo-Ohki. "Nagi, stop it!" Tenchi called out to her, he and the royal Jurai sisters suddenly trailing behind the two cabbits. Both Ken-Ohki and Ryo-Ohki, were able to step in between Nagi and Ryoko, right as Nagi had reached the space pirate and was on the verge of stabbing her with the energy sword. "Huh?" Nagi stirred, realizing that the two cabbits were now protecting Ryoko, much like they protected her back during the battle on Venus. "Stop it, Nagi! That's enough!" Tenchi yelled again, now only a few feet away from Nagi. This time, she turned around and acknowledged Tenchi and the sisters' presence. "Great. So you came to save Ryoko this time?" Nagi concluded about Tenchi. "She's not a criminal anymore! You can't take her!" he insisted. "Tenchi is right!" Kiyone stated, suddenly stepping up to Nagi. "She's been exonerated of her crimes ever since helping stop Kagato Jurai's coup on the Jurai throne! If you kill her, you'll be the one who becomes a wanted criminal! And being a Galaxy Police officer, I'll have no choice but to arrest you!" "And besides, the whole 'killing a good guy' thing is kind of overrated," #17 chimed in, especially surprising Tenchi and the Jurai sisters, who had yet to have ever seen him at all up to this point. "You say she was the only criminal you never caught - well, she's not a criminal anymore, and you just beat her! If she was still going around committing crimes, I'd have no problem with tihs at all, and I might help you out. But to kill her now that she's apparently turned over a new leaf and her bad rap's been pardoned, just because she got past you back when that wasn't the case, that's just a little kind of obsessive, don't you think?" "Yeah! Ryoko may be one of the most notorious space pirates in, like, forever, but she's not really a bad person at all and she's not a criminal anymore!" Mihoshi added as well, surprising everyone with an actually sensible point in a serious situation - even if this was the point that everyone else had already made in the first place. In any case, Nagi still hadn't given in, and she was still somewhat aiming to kill Ryoko, but everyone's words had actually gotten her to at least stop and think about it abit. Ryoko, meanwhile, did use this little while to recover, but nonetheless had to face the fact that she was finally beaten; her chest was still throbbing in pain, Nagi was standing over her, and at a moment's notice, the bounty hunter could kill her. She noticed that Ryo-Ohki and Ken-Ohki were standing in front of her trying to protect her, and actually thought it was a little silly, but was not going to try to push anything in her state, instead opting to let the course of whatever was set to happen play itself out. And the tide of the situation would quickly determined when Sasami, noticing the two cabbits in front of Ryoko, decided to walk up beside Nagi with something to say. "Nagi, if you go through with this, Ryo-Ohki and Ken-Ohki will hate you forever. Just look at them," Sasami told her. That statement struck a chord within Nagi, as she immediately looked at the two cabbits, specifically the male one, and the death glare that Ken-Ohki was giving her had clearly betrayed her intentions. Realizing now that out of loyalty for his sake that she could not go through with it, Nagi also saw the complete inconvenience of the matter - by killing Ryoko, she would not only be turning herself into the wanted criminal, she'd be caught in a trap here in the middle of everyone else here, and Ken-Ohki, her loyal pet cabbit, would help with the trap rather than with getting her out of it. All this combined meant that this cold act of murder would be completely turning her back on the honor she stood for, as well as setting herself up for an instant grand freefall. Therefore, she now had no choice but to show her arch rival the same respect and mercy that Ryoko had shown her back on Venus - even if she won this one fair and square. She then put away the sword and looked down at Ryoko. "Get up," she then instructed Ryoko. "Come on, you… you know I'm really in no condition to do that right now," Ryoko said, still favoring her chest. "Look at where you hit me with that beam, remember?" "You know you can get up. You've had more than enough time to recover," Nagi insisted. "Okay, fine… sure, I could… but how do I know you're not gonna take advantage of my pain and kill me right then and there?" Ryoko suddenly asked, raising a good point even though her injuries. "Come on. Do you really think I'm in any position to do it right now?" Nagi asked right back, using the situation itself as more than a decent rebuttal. To affirm to Ryoko that she could trust her, Nagi stuck her hand out, offering to be the one to pick her up. "Besides, your man and the rest of your friends here are absolutely right, it's not my style. Or in my best interest. If it makes this any easier for you to trust me, I'm about to personally help you up. How's that?" Ryoko wouldn't accept that, however, thanks to her fighting pride; rather than taking the lift, she used her teleporting power to pick herself up and lean back on the walls of the house, at the same time still favoring her upper chest in pain, though less than before now. Nagi came forward a few steps, and Ryoko, not taking notice of the smile on Nagi face, immediately stuck a hand up and got ready to defend herself, but couldn't get a charge in. "Relax," Nagi then said, stopping in her footsteps. "Your new cyborg friend and the officers are right. If your record's been pardoned because you stopped Kagato's coup, then you're not a criminal anymore. Killing you does notthing but make me one. We just had a terrific battle, you slipped up once, and I finally beat you. As far as I'm concerned, my bounty hunting record is perfect again. It's as simple as that." She then turned around and looked down to see Ryo-Ohki and Ken-Ohki. Ryo-Ohki ran and came into Sasami's arms, while Ken-Ohki got back up on Nagi's shoulder. "Thanks for stopping me," she then said to her cabbit. //Just thought we could use a change of pace a little bit to make sure this episode had enough room to build up all the characters. If I overstepped my bounds a little with this, then I apologize.// |

As the battle wore down, Mihoshi stretched his arms and yawned. She then clutched her stomach as it loudly grumbled. "Uhhn...all this battling has made me hungry!" Mihoshi moaned as Kiyone slapped her face. Mihoshi wondered why Kiyone slapped herself in the face so often. She often worried that her partner would suffer from brain damage after being so rough with herself. Sometimes Mihoshi just couldn't understand why Kiyone would do such stupid things like causing herself bodily harm. Mihoshi would have continued this train of thought...and planned to include it in her report back to headquarters...but she was distracted by a powerful force. *grumble* "I'm REALLY hungry everyone! Isn't it lunch time?" |

After sprinting from the shrine to the house after he, Ayeka, Sasami, Ryo-Ohki and Ken-Ohki saw the huge explosion, they arrived at the house where it appeared Nagi was about to finish Ryoko off. "Nagi, stop it!" Tenchi yelled out as Ryo-Ohki and Ken-Ohki ran in between Nagi and Ryoko. Tenchi, now only a few feet away from Nagi panting said:"Stop Nagi! That enough!" ""Great. So you came to save Ryoko this time?" "She's not a criminal anymore! You can't take her!" Kiyone then chimed in say Tenchi was right and that if Nagi killed Ryoko, she would become a criminal herself. After what seemed like an eternity of Nagi aiming to kill Ryoko, lowered her weapon. Ryoko then teleported to lean up against the house. The situation was over. Nagi walked over to Ryoko and said something that Tenchi couldn't hear then walked back over to someone who looked like 17 from Dragon Ball Z. Tenchi just stared with a confused look on his face and ran over to Ryoko to see if she was alright. "Ryoko, are you hurt badly?" "No." Ryoko said with a gasp. "Just need a little bit to catch my breath." With that, Mihoshi started shouting about she was hungry and ran inside to get some food. Tenchi help Ryoko into the house, that she needed it but just enjoyed the attention Tenchi was giving her as she rest her head on his shoulder. **Sorry the majority of my post was basically a recap but I'm in a rush at the moment. |

// not at all PLC. you wrote it beautifully. i was thinking of mirroring the Venus battle too, but hey great minds think alike =P! though i would have put in more energy sword fighting^^// Leaning up against the house, concentrating on regenerating her wound, Ryoko couldn't help but feel a little relieved that Nagi had spared her, since she too had also planned to kill Nagi and end the feud once and for all too. Besides feeling relieved to be alive she was of course also a bit embarrassed. The space pirate wasn't accustomed to losing, certainly not in combat. "I guess im a little out practice Nagi..." she said with a cough drawing everyones attention to her. "Not at all Ryoko you put up and excellent fight as far as im concerned, though i suppose your technique was a little sloppy this time...it seemed a bit more...... improvised?" replied Nagi humorously. "Hahaha heeghhhh *cough*" laughed Ryoko holding her wound again as more pain came shooting up to it. Ryo-ohki ran and jumped up on to Ryoko's shoulder and started licking her wound. ""Meowwww!" she said in a concerned tone. "Its ok Ryo-ohki,"Ryoko reassured her with a grin, "You and me have been through alot worse in the past" "Lets get you inside Ryoko." said Tenchi feeling a bit worried," I think you should lie down." He ran up to her and put her arm around his shoulder. "does this...uhh... hurt?" he asked, a little nervous (he knew what happened when ever Ryoko got too close to him). Ryoko stared at him in surprise and couldn't help blushing <3 <3 "uhhh no...its....fine" she replied trying conceal her feelings. Ryoko then looked up at Nagi who was shaking her head with a huge grin on her face. "Ah Ryoko you never change!" she laughed. "I think i just found out your one true weakness!" she said with a tease. "Shut Up You!" said Ryoko embarrassed as Tenchi carried her through the doors. "Choooowww!" said Ken-ohki all of a sudden, hoping up onto Ryoko's other shoulder and licking her on the face as if to comfort her. and everyone broke out laughing except for 17 who wasnt quite sure what Nagi meant, but just smilled and pretended so that he wouldn't seem too odd. "Yay Nagi and Ryoko are friends!" chimed Mihosi and Sasami simultaneously. Nagi scratched her head now her self starting to feel embarrassed "uhh now i wouldnt go that far!" she said, and everyone kept on laughing. // |

As everyone walked into the house, led by Tenchi helping Ryoko to lie down on the sofa, Washu suddenly stopped Nagi, who was the last one in, at the door. "Nagi, I'm a scientist of action, but I just gotta tell ya - watching you and Ryoko fight like that was probably the most fun I've ever had!" Washu exclaimed proudly, as if simply being witness to that battle was a further crowning achievement of her own greatness. "For a second there, I almost completely forgot that I was still mad at Mihoshi for messing with the time and space machine!" "Well, I'm glad you enjoyed it, then," Nagi simply replied, before walking on. Washu, however, was not finished with her yet. "Hey, hold on a minute!" the redhead complained, following wihch her Chibi Washu dolls, A and B appeared on her shoulder to promote her again. "Yeah, you hold on and listen to Washu!" Chibi A chirped annoyingly. "You should listen to the greatest genius in the universe!" Chibi B added. "What's the matter?" Nagi asked, stopping to turn around. "I'm gonna need a sample of your DNA," Washu informed her. "So I can use it for my most extremely powerful experiment yet. Trouble is, I don't know what that's gonna take place, so…" "Call me in whenever you're ready," Nagi cut in, walking off immediately after than. After thinking about it for a second, Washu shrugged about it and simply went into her lab. Meanwhile, Nagi went around to the living room, where she saw everyone focused on taking care of Ryoko, including Ayeka, who for once was making no effort to mask her concern for the space pirate with any snide remarks. "That was one heck of a battle you had there," Kiyone acknowledged to the space pirate, though the bounty hunter also heard this and could only smile at this credit. Meanwhile, Ryoko gave her thanks for this acknowledgement and actually told her she'd be back up to snuff in about an hour or so just now. "An hour? We should be so lucky! Hopefully this time, with Nagi now joining us, you'll be a little more controlled and polite," Ayeka suddenly snipped, spoiling that moment, complete with a haughty laugh in the middle. "Especially after that throbbing beating she just delivered to you. Considering that could happen again, I would really be surprised." "Ha! So you just couldn't resist getting snippy with her anyway," Nagi now commented, humored by Ayeka's would-be turn. This also alerted the others to her presence, especially Ken-Ohki and #17, who decided to come up to her. "You know, that was one heck of a fight back there. I almost thought for a second you could be a match for me," #17 stated, convinced that nobody here was as strong as he was. "Really? Well, you must be something special, then," Nagi replied. "In that case, it's a wonder why you didn't help me out like you said you would." "Oh, I may not have helped you with the catch, but I did help you out," #17 countered her insinuation. "Thanks to me and others, you avoided throwing your whole future away being an obsessed maniac." "Nice to see you cared about me so much," Nagi cleverly retorted. "Well, actually, that had more to do with the fact that if I'm gonna see someone throw away their future, I'd rather see them do it while having fun," #17 suggested, true to his personality of a causeless rebel, before walking back over a few steps. "I'll go set up lunch!" Sasami decided, that scene over as she left, heading for the kitchen. "Wait for me! I wanna help!" Mihoshi insisted five seconds after she was gone, trying to run for the kitchen herself. However, #17 noticed that and was not about to let her screw up his first lunch here. So, he charged up an energy beam and shot it down onto the floor in front of Mihoshi - scaring her back as she hid behind Kiyone, who, along with the rest of the group, let out a slightly alarmed gasp and actually looked a little shocked. "Whoa…" Kiyone sounded off in her gobsmacked state. "You actually shot at her…" "That shot was just a little scare tactic. There is just no way I'm eating stuff cooked up even in tiny part by this idiot," was #17's reply. The others didn't know how to react, so they didn't at all, which he saw and responded to with a smile. "Come on, guys. You didn't really think that was a serious attack, did you?" And so, the gang actually sighed in relief - both at the fact that #17 wasn't seriously attacking Mihoshi, and that he had stopped heri from potentially ruining their lunch. Meanwhile, Sasami was already in the kitchen, stirring up some ingredients. Uh-oh, she thought, after hearing a bit of the commotion. Sounds like they're having fun again. |

//Since when is the Tenchi gang so heartless? haha...// Standing behind Kiyone, Mihoshi had her hand on her gun ready to fire back if she needed to. This newcomer was clearly a madman...after all, he shot at her for no reason. Her grip tightened and tears welled up in her eyes as she thought about how horrible it would have been if Sasami had been moving a little bit slower or if he had shot at Kiyone instead. Mihoshi would never be able to let someone get away with injuring her partner. As she glanced at the faces of her friends, she was a bit surprised to see that nobody had flinched or so much batted an eye at the attack. Mihoshi then realized what her friends must have already known...that this man was very dangerous and that at this moment they were unprepared for battle. Mihoshi made a mental note as she eased her hand away from her gun to ask Kiyone what the group was planning to do with this dangerous force. She finally relaxed a bit more and began to think about the meal she had planned on helping Sasami make. |

//I wouldn't quite say that the Tenchi gang was being heartless, but… having seen so many fights between Ayeka and Ryoko already, they probably already figured out that this wasn't a real shot. Nonetheless, I still can fix it up a bit without really changing it.// |
