ok i love my mom to death but there are times when she just pisses me off...! every time i try to hang out with her she has some kind of excuse as to why she doesn't want to.... heres a couple examples
i ask my mom if her and i can go see penelope (this was quite a while a go) and she tells me maybe.... a couple days later she informs me that she's going to olive garden with her best friend elle.... and that after their going to see penelope.... with out me! my mom said she couldn't make it so that it was a day where i didn't have school.... not cool! =>.<=
the other day when its pretty much just her and i i ask if we can go hang out at the mall together... have kind of like a girls day out.... she tells me that she doesn't want to go cuz she doesn't feel very good.... her most often used excuse.... and to go do something by myself.... to go find someone to hang out with besides her.... nice huh... guess what she did all day? watched tv and read her stupid romance novel.... if your not feeling good you should be sleeping and drinking broth or sprite.... but no she walked around and hang on her bf and drank mt. dew all day..... thats not gonna make you feel better! =>o<=

anyways everytime i try to close the enormous gap between us she has a stupid excuse.... we don't talk.... we don't really see much of each other.... in fact i don't even know her anymore....
she puts her bf and my little brother before me all the time.... he gets almost anything he wants while i sit on the side lines and get the left overs.... its not right and it breaks my heart.... the only time shes acted like a true mother in the past year is when she lost dylan and we were living with my grandparents and even then it wasn't very good....
it's just not right and it truly breaks my heart......

Sometimes we just get the crappy hand, but that's what bluffing's for!

Seriously though, that sucks. Time to move out?

Sweetheart, are you taking Driver's Ed anytime soon? It's a great gateway to personal freedom. Though your mother my deny you of valuable quality time, a permit, and eventually a licence, can open up new doors for social interaction.

Until then, try to get yourself out of the house. Get some girlfriends to go out for a night on the town. You could have a great time with some other leading ladies. <3

When I had to deal with my craptacular parenting that my mom initiated, I'd just bury myself in games, books, music, and drawing. It's why I know so many useless facts, lol. If anything, you could always walk to the small Holiday near your place. My cousin and Alex work there most of the time, and they don't mind people hanging around. That and there are so many interesting people that go through that place.
