Just kidding. Historically speaking though, this isn't the first "review" forum we've had (like I said, SS was in charge of the old one and it was his idea back then).
The easiest way to get around "duplicate" reviews is simply to have the first person reviewing something...have his/her post become the official thread for that subject.
So if two people want to review Starwars Galaxies, for example, it would be first come, first post...so to speak. And if person A and person B send in threads that are reviewing the same thing...and person A was first to post...then we'd simply close person B's thread and/or move (I don't know if you can move the threads into another topic...someone with knowledge of phpbb can tell me if you can or can't) it in with person A's thread.
That's the most fair, I think.
