I'm wondering if the board needs newer direction/management to move it forward. Most of the mods and Admins are not present or active most of the time on the board. Neelick himself would remain in overall charge, certainly... I'm just wondering if the board is sustainable without people to move it forward and to watch it on a consistent basis... Should we take a poll or something over this? What do you think? |

This seems more like a question for the management team rather than the general public, but if you're taking two cent donations, I'll toss mine in. There seems to be two issues involved .. 1- Forum vision or direction 2- Personnel responsibilites and performance. The forum vision hasn't ever been spelled out in words I don't think. To me it's always been a place to meet and talk about Tenchi Muyo and play Tenchi Muyo rpg's. In recent years Tenchi Muyo hasn't been as popular as it once was, but except for that, there isn't any real need to change the forum direction away from Tenchi Muyo and towards something else. The staff members can't be very effective if they're not here, that's pretty simple. A suggestion might be to e-mail everyone on staff to let them know that their absence has been noticed and ask if they still wish to participate as a mod or admin here. That way they'll have the opportunity to resign gracefully if they wish, and if they wish to stay on, it will also be an opportunity for Neelick to remind them of their responsibility. In my own observation, things have been rather quiet and civilized here ever since to move away from Ezboard, so maybe the very little staff supervision that there has been is really all that is actually needed. Two cent contribution completed. ^_^ |

Though I post very little, I fail to see anything that has to be moderated at all. The board members don't push their limits and the occasional spammer is dealth with. |
