Hi Neelick My browser has been throttling me to http://myustreamtv.rr.nu/2f/ from the main page of the board on occasion recently. The URL does not load. I'm on a mac so I don't know if it carries a virus but the fact that it's doing that at all is awful suspicious. Probably worth checkin' out. |

Hi Bkev, We discussed this on AIM, but I thought I'd put a post in here too for everybody else who may be seeing it. Basically about 2 weeks ago, my webhost (Dreamhost), a large commercial web host was themselves hacked. Since that time, a lot of their members have reported the redirect that you saw. I wasn't able to reproduce it since the first day of the hack. I thought they had resolved the issue, but I tried it again today and was able to get the redirect to happen. I've submitted a request to Dreamhost that the issue is still occurring. Hopefully they'll be able to help me resolve the issue. There is no HTML that was added to the website by the hackers, they must have done something to the server above the level I have access to. Anyway, I hope to have it stopped completely soon. |

Hmm, so that's what was happening. I have a redirect blocker so all I was seeing was a php parse error message. It's good that the site is all fixed again! ^_^ |

It looks like my web host themselves were hacked. I think the hackers added code to all their pre-packaged software like Word Press, PHPBB, etc. Anyway I updated the BBS to the newest version which should overwrite the changes the hackers made. So the issue shoudl be resolved at this time. If anybody else has it happen to them please let me know, but I think I fixed it. Also, somebody hacked my yahoo email account over the weekend and sent a bunch of spam. So if you got something from me that looked like spam it wasn't me that sent it. I've changed my password. Hopefully that stops them. Anyway I think everything is fixed, if you find any problems let me know. |

Hehe spam pie. I changed my password for my old e-mail address. I don't really use the yahoo account anymore. And I think the update has resolved the redirect issue. |
