Just my opinion... Mustang acts like a pretty boy sometimes. But there are times he's really funny to watch...

Personally I think this guy rocks. Everything I've seen so far makes me think a good deal of the story is going to revolve around him, which is a good thing. He's such an awesome badass. Mustang was one of my favorite FMA characters...next to Ed. He's hilarious, and when it gets gritty he knows how to fight. He's great, like the rest of the main cast. Best moments with him, at the start of one episode, Ed reveals he is less than eager to return to base, as Mustang was going to use sarcasium on him; then much later, at the beginning of an episode where we had not looked at "home base" for a while, he's on the phone to Hughes complaining about his lack of air time. The anime soc showed this series this year. The year before the nearest equivalent had been Last Exile. However, LE had a great supporting cast, but the very main characters were a lot less likable. With FMA the whole cast is awesome. Alex Vs Mustang? No Contest. |
